A trip to Saona Island is a must when visiting Bávaro - Punta Cana. In this tropical paradise, you’ll enjoy crystal-clear waters, swaying palm trees, and soft white sand.
Your adventure begins early in the morning with hotel pick-up. From there, you’ll head to Bayahibe, where you’ll board a Motomaran to start your journey to the island. The first stop is for snorkeling, followed by a visit to the stunning natural pool, where you’ll have time to cool off, enjoy local drinks, and take beautiful photos.
You will then continue to Saona Island, where you’ll spend around three unforgettable hours. You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy a delicious Dominican buffet lunch, including paella, fish, baked chicken, different types of meats, fresh fruits, and an open bar, while relaxing on the beach.
To end the day, you’ll return to Bayahibe on a catamaran filled with music, dancing, and great vibes. Upon arrival, your transportation will be waiting to take you back to your hotel or accommodation.

What To Expect
Isla Saona
The excursion to Saona Island is a true paradise adventure, combining stunning landscapes, crystal clear waters and an unforgettable tropical atmosphere. Your day begins with a transfer from your hotel to the coast of Bayahíbe, where you will board a speedboat or catamaran that takes you through warm breezes and stunning turquoise waters. On the way, you will stop at the natural pool where the water barely reaches your waist, perfect for swimming and capturing amazing photos. Upon arriving on the island of Saona, you will be greeted by a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. You will have free time to swim, sunbathe, walk along the coast or simply immerse yourself in the landscape. Lunch is served buffet style, with delicious Dominican dishes, soft drinks, water and local drinks with alcohol The return trip can be by catamaran, accompanied by music, dancing and the irresistible charm of the Caribbean Sea sliding under the warm afternoon sun.

5.00This experience was EXCELLENT with this tour group! We texted the contact a day before to get pickup logistics and he provided us an exact time and photo of the bus coming to pick us up, making it easy to find them. They arrived exactly on time, which was great! The driver, tour leader, and professional photographers were all SO KIND and SO MUCH FUN! He always told us, “with me you are never alone” which I always appreciated. The tour leader even let us stay a bit longer on Saona Island so we could enjoy it for a little more time! It was a BIG BONUS to have the two professional photographers with us. They got so many great pictures which for a reasonable fee, we were able to transfer to our phones at the end. It was a BLAST from start to finish and if you’re thinking about booking this tour, definitely book with this tour company! They are kind, reliable, funny, and know how to have a great time! 5.00We had a wonderful trip. We had booked online, problem-free communication via WhatsApp. Very reliable. Pick up in front of the hotel complex. Super boat tour with motorboat or catamaran. Open bar and music. Fantastic stop by the natural pool. Food on Saona with Dominican buffet and drinks was very good. The beach and water on Saona are fantastically beautiful and paradise. Exactly as you would imagine in the Caribbean. Would make this trip again anytime. Good organization, fantastic trip... Thank you.
