Join us for one of our longest and most exciting adventures! Embark on a 12-hour roundtrip across the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef to the stunning Tobacco Caye, where turquoise waters and vibrant marine life make Belize a true paradise. Tobacco Caye, one of over 450 cayes, is a charming island built atop conch shells and surrounded by colorful coral reefs teeming with eagle rays, sharks, stingrays, turtles, and tropical fish. Your journey begins early at our meeting point, where our friendly crew provides snorkeling gear, a safety briefing, and fishing equipment. Hop aboard our high-speed boat and feel the sea breeze while enjoying the breathtaking Belizean sunrise. Along the way, snorkel and fish at two stops, try lobster hunting, and savor freshly prepared ceviche. Exact stops are chosen by the Captain, depending on currents, wind, and the day’s catch, ensuring the most unforgettable experience.

Tobacco Caye

We’ll arrive at Tobacco Caye in the afternoon, where you’ll have free time to explore this little Caribbean gem. Play a game of volleyball with new friends, relax at the beach bar with a tropical cocktail and Caribbean music, or take a refreshing swim around the caye. Meanwhile, our crew will prepare a delicious grilled lunch featuring your fresh catch of the day, served with rice, beans, and local vegetables. After about two hours on the island, we’ll begin packing up for our return trip to Caye Caulker. However, you also have the option to stay overnight on Tobacco Caye and continue your Belizean adventure! We highly recommend booking your stay in advance as the island is small and accommodations are limited. If you decide to stay, you can continue exploring other parts of Belize. Travel to Dangriga, Placencia, Hopkins, San Ignacio, or even venture across the border to Guatemala. The resorts at Tobacco Caye offer transportation back to Dangriga.
