5.00We reunited with Luca and his team, who allowed us to have a wonderful stay. Luca, only the deputy village chief, was able to help us and be present at all stages of our stay (yes, we started with a few issues...), he accompanied us and demonstrated great professionalism. If he is not yet the village chief, he has the qualities for it, and we hope to follow him in his future assignments to this greatly deserved position. Regarding the team: a big thank you to Rosa, who is perfect in Guest Relations. Available, friendly, pleasant, professional. Juan, also in Guest Relations, who warmly welcomed us. Chloé, whom we met again, remains true to herself: new position, but still smiling, full of joy. Nadia, who allowed me to organize a lovely birthday for my husband. And Fabi, who helped me pay my bills! Tuncay, our favorite Turkish bartender, Wendy, Victor, and Victor at the bar... Dany, who kept our golf bags, Jorge, our golf instructor. Sergio, our cart driver, and the restaurant team (sorry, some names are missing!): Antonio, Saturnio, Candido, Darnili, and Yoni, Christobal... Elodie, Raja, Isaac at the zen pool. 5.00Excellent rest of Mascalzone Italian pasta, we came twice and your attention was superb. Especially waitress Wilmina, Supervisor Wilson and Enrique with their wonderful attention. We felt family, very warmth and excellence.
