Pick-up available from your Abu Dhabi City Central hotels & cruise port, Airport pick up is from Premier inn Abu Dhabi Airport hotel.

What To Expect

Abu Dhabi

Get ready for a 4-hours desert safari starting with morning pick-up at your hotel. A 45-minute drive takes you to the heart of the desert outside Abu Dhabi. Explore the desert in a 4x4 vehicle, bashing the huge dunes. The fun continues with a chance to try out sandboarding. Follow the instructions and glide over the dunes as you see how simple it really is. During the safari there will be plenty of opportunity to pose for some photos in the desert. Your friendly driver will help you with that. This special morning safari concludes with a short camel ride before the transfer back to the pick-up point

This tour exceeded all our expectations, but the highlight of the entire experience was our guide Shine. From the first minute he was incredibly polite, friendly, and genuinely caring. He made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Shine is also an amazing photographer, he took incredible photos and videos of us in the desert! The shots were so creative and beautiful that they look like professional work. We will definitely keep these memories forever. The dune bashing was exciting but safe, the camel ride was fun, and the whole morning was perfectly organized thanks to Shine’s attention and positive attitude. Highly recommended! If you can, ask for Shine,he truly makes the experience special.

We had an absolutely amazing time on our morning desert safari in Abu Dhabi! Our driver and guide, Thaj, was fantastic — he arrived right on time at our hotel and made the whole experience smooth, safe, and so much fun. The drive to the desert took about an hour, but it was very comfortable in the Toyota Highlander (which even had a roll bar cage for extra safety). The AC was running the whole time, so we stayed cool despite the desert heat. Once we reached the dunes, the real adventure began! The dune bashing was thrilling — drifting and gliding over the sand was easily one of the highlights of our entire Abu Dhabi trip. The vastness and quiet beauty of the desert were just breathtaking. We also got to ride camels and try sandboarding down the dunes with our kids — such a fun and unforgettable experience for the whole family! Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi or Dubai. It’s the perfect mix of adventure, scenery, and family fun — and having Thaj as our guide made it all the more special!

Excellent experience. Our driver Tyhahzeer was amazing. He was extremely patient and respectful when another passenger arrived late and inebriated. He made sure that the rest of us were not uncomfortable. But on the desert, he was a blast! Lots of thrills! I was also impressed with how organized he was while making sure we were able to do all of the activities we wanted but in a fashion that kept the trip moving. OceanAir Travels did an excellent job. I would definitely go again.
