This tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Pick-up available from your Abu Dhabi City Central hotels & cruise port, Airport pick up is from Premier inn Abu Dhabi Airport hotel.

What To Expect

Abu Dhabi

Get ready for a 4-hours desert safari starting with morning pick-up at your hotel. A 45-minute drive takes you to the heart of the desert outside Abu Dhabi. Explore the desert in a 4x4 vehicle, bashing the huge dunes. The fun continues with a chance to try out sandboarding. Follow the instructions and glide over the dunes as you see how simple it really is. During the safari there will be plenty of opportunity to pose for some photos in the desert. Your friendly driver will help you with that. This special morning safari concludes with a short camel ride before the transfer back to the pick-up point

Shine came to get me in the morning and greeted me warmly. He drove safely (that’s a big deal to me surrounding the drivers in the Middle East), he was so friendly, took tons of pictures for me since I traveled alone, and made this entire experience so amazing! I will definitely come back again so he can be my tour guide for the evening time. The patience, smiles, and relaxed environment to just explore, enjoy, and have fun was the cherry on top! If you’re hesitant or don’t know who to book with, this is definitely your tour. No complaints at all!

We had an incredible desert experience with Shine this morning. We opted for the Private Tour, which we arranged with the company via WhatsApp via their website - as my wife was nervous about the Dune Bashing part of the experience. We also have a two kids (7 & 10), so weren’t sure if they’d enjoy this. Our guide Shine was fantastic, and took it very slowly to begin with - only to then have the kids shout that they were loving it and wanted to go faster! He also helped us get heaps of amazing photos that we’ll look back on for years to come. The whole experience was perfectly paced, and we were back to the city by midday. I was even able to buy a desert scarf for not too many AEDs, so I looked the part too. Would definitely recommend!

I had a very good time! Shine Davis was our tour guide, he was friendly, knowledgable, ensured our drive to the desert was comfortable and helped me take lots of photos so I can look back on this great experience. I highly recommend him!

I had a wonderful experience with Guide Shine! I highly recommend this tour if you have a short layover in Abu Dhabi and want to make the most of your time. Shine is an amazing photographer, so it was perfect even for a solo traveler like me. I also ran into some unexpected issues during the tour, and I’m so grateful for his help in resolving them.

ur family had the best day in the desert with a great, very experienced guide, Shine! He went above and beyond to make our experience memorable and amazing. He was super attentive and really knew how to make everyone feel welcome and safe in his car and throughout the tour. He really cared in making our experience great.
