Having reduced mobility and dreaming is sometimes difficult, but with tromso accessible tours, dreams and accomplishments. Thank you for helping me every moment for the organization and for the treatment. I come happy to have seen auroras, whales and fjords with their reindeer. Even with snow nothing was impossible why you made it possible. THANK YOU Martin for the trust and the treatment, thank you Max for also being at the foot of the canyon and truly THANK YOU to all the team for everything I will dream again and we will look safe again 🐋

I booked the Accessible Island Tour directly with the company after an internet search and a couple of direct emails. From the very beginning communication was excellent, answering all access queries with understanding and empathy. I received an email about 2 weeks before the visit explaining that the cable car was having work done and that the Museum and Arctic Cathedral would be added in, I was a little disappointed but my wife happy about… On the day of the trip the vehicle arrived with Martin our guide. From the outset he was kind and caring with my wife and her lack of mobility, giving choices of entry into the vehicle with no pressure applied. We were lucky to see Reindeer on Whale Island, in the road, and Martin was very knowledgeable having worked with the Sami. The stop at the ‘beach/jetty’ was an opportunity for pics. Moving on to the Museum, we spent just over an hour looking at the Aurora and Sami displays and then an opportunity to visit the cafe. After a quick drive around the town with Martin pointing out places of interest we headed to the Arctic Cathedral which was amazing, well worth the visit after seeing it on TV. All in all it was a great experience and worth the cost. Martin was knowledgeable, patient and understanding.

We went to Tromsø for a couples trip and ordered a trip with Tromsø Accessible Tours online. We have to say that all our expectations were met! Our guide was very knowledgeable, accommodating and funny. We learned a lot about Tromsø and all the places we visited. We wanted to go visit the cable car instead og the museum, and the guide was flexible and made a swap possible. The guide took photos for free downloading and did everything to make our trip perfect and memorable. We can highly recommend this company for your next sightseeing!

Anastasia was a wonderful tour guide and as a bonus she emailed her photographs of us. The tour accommodated our mobility issues. If only the weather was as good as our guide and driver it would have been a perfect trip.

We’ve just returned from our tour with Anastasia, who was absolutely brilliant – friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. It was wonderful to see that people with different challenges can also take part of the tour and be cared for. The busdriver Louai was always on time and drove very safely.

we had the pleasure to use accessible tours as a family with three small children. We had a very knowledgeable Tour Guide Anastasia, which led our tailored tour, to make it more doable to enjoy the beauty of Nord Norway with little kids. All carseats were provided and we felt very much in the center of her planing. I can definitely recommend accessible tours and Anastasia - for any human being, with challenges/limitations and without. You won’t regret it.

Anastasia was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. The museum tour instead of cable car was very educational and her pictures she took and emailed were amazing. I would recommend this tour.

Tromso Accessible Tours have been a joy to deal with right from the time of booking long before our cruise set sail. We booked the Island Highlights Tour. On arrival of our cruise in Tromso I was able to call them to clarify a few details about pick up time and location in order to put our minds at rest. As my wife is disabled it is so important to have clear information. We’ve had some disasters with other excursions by different organisers in the past. The vehicle was a six passenger minibus with a tail lift so getting the wheelchair in and out was a breeze. The tour itself was a great experience from start to finish. Our driver and guide was such a nice guy: very polite, very helpful and very knowledgeable. He even became our museum tour guide when we visited the University Museum. Sadly, through no fault of TAT, the cablecar was out of service for upgrading until July '25 which was why the museum was substited. The view from the mountain was something we were looking forward to, but a refund for the cablecar fare has been arranged which I'm still awaiting from Viatour. The museum was not a poor substitute. There is a piece of information you should know... Our guide announced at the outset that we did not need to take photographs as he would be taking pictures throughout the trip. After our return to our ship we recieved the promised email link to collect the pictures. When I clicked on the link it took me to the gallery. When I clicked on the pictures I wanted to download there was only an option to buy pictures either individually for about £22 each or as a collection for nearly £200. I have subsequently been contacted by TAT to say that the pictures will download at viewable resolution if you click on the small arrow on each picture, but these pictures are watermarked with the TAT logo. So, we have the pictures, but they are branded. Not a huge issue, but for this I'd like to have given 9/10 for the trip, but I can only score out of five, so it's 5/5. Luckily, I was taking pictures on my phone all through the trip. We would thoroughly recommend Tromso Accessible Tours and will definitely book with them again if we come back to the city. But we'll remember to take our own photographs, too!

Our guide, Anastasia, was amazing and extremely informative. I’m usually not huge on tours, especially museums, but she really made everything seem interesting and enjoyable. The photos that came out were also excellent!
