No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a no show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with park rules and regulations.

By Train / Bus Via The Circle Line Or Downtown Line Alight at Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16) Take Exit B and follow the underground linkway Exit and cross the Dragonfly Bridge or Meadow Bridge into Gardens by the Bay Via The East-West Line Alight at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (EW15) Take Exit C and head towards bus stop no. 03223 located at International Plaza, Anson Road Hop onto bus 400 and alight at bus stop no. 03371 along Marina Gardens Drive.
E-Tickets will be forwarded via Email by one day before the tour date. No need to print, you can show from smart phone itself.

5.00We had a most memorable day at Gardens by the Bay - and culminating in the Supertrees Grove music & light show! Amazing. This is a must do for anyone visiting Singapore. We loved the entire day. Ps. Tips: wait till slightly after sunset to get in line. We saw the display from the skywalk! - so the skywalk from tree to tree.

1.00Tour guide not communicating and bad organized… arrived and waited at meeting point 15min early and didn’t see any one or the guide 30 min passing meeting time so I had to do it on my own… terrible instruction and communication

3.00No need to buy tickets here. I only did so because I couldn't find them on the Garden site. They had a glitch and then I bout the rest of the objectives via the garden site.

2.00Beware. This is not an instant e-ticket after purchase. After purchase you will need time to coordinate with the operator on WhatsApp to request them and wait for it. I thought it was a scam because they wanted me to WhatsApp an international number and started asked for info that I didn’t have. Asked me to wait in a very rude way and took awhile to get the tickets after calling customer service. I bought them for immediate entry to Gardens By the Bay. If you have days then sure but if you are doing it same day, use another service.
