No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a no show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
No outside food or beverages allowed.
Visitors are allocated a maximum of 1 hour in each conservatory.
Kindly note that no re-entry allowed.
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with park rules and regulations.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
By Train / Bus Via The Circle Line Or Downtown Line Alight at Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16) Take Exit B and follow the underground linkway Exit and cross the Dragonfly Bridge or Meadow Bridge into Gardens by the Bay Via The East-West Line Alight at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (EW15) Take Exit C and head towards bus stop no. 03223 located at International Plaza, Anson Road Hop onto bus 400 and alight at bus stop no. 03371 along Marina Gardens Drive.
E-Tickets will be forwarded via Email by one day before the tour date. No need to print, you can show from smart phone itself.

5.00The Supertrees are even more striking in person than in pictures. We took the elevator up to the OCBC Skyway, and the view of the Marina Bay Sands and the entire garden layout is amazing. Everything from ticket scanning to exiting was handled with excellent service. It seemed like a very individualized and exquisite way to spend the afternoon.

5.00The futuristic appearance of everything thrilled the children. Big trees, bridges in the sky, waterfall inside building. It resembles the combination of science and nature. There are plenty of places to sit, clean restrooms, and easy walking trails. This felt open and soothing after the bustling streets of Singapore.

5.00It can take around 3 hours to do major attractions in this place. Cloud dome and flower dome both are worth it. I'll suggest to go in second half so that you can cover light show at night near the trees.

5.00Before going there with couple of mates. It was a nice decision because the venue was crowded, particularly in the late afternoon. The scope is enormous, even with the crowds. The cloud forest's indoor waterfall? The real wow moment. It's inevitable to run into people who are always taking selfies.

5.00I loved everything about this experience! At first, I wasn’t sure at first how to get my tickets, but the attendant showed me how to gain entry with my bar code. The Cloud Forest took my breath away, it’s so well done.

1.00The booking confirmation stated I would receive the e-tickets within 24 hours by email. They never came. At the ticket window I showed the invoice voucher that was attached to the confirmation email, but was told that did not qualify for ticketing. I had to buy separate tickets for entry. The tour provider was not responsive. When they did reply, they insisted they sent me the tickets. Beware of tour providers who are not local. This one is in Dubai.

1.00Worst expirence ever!! Travelled to the destination with family. Have booked for 8pm we get there 7pm had some food and head to one of the gates and waited as per usual in line by the time we got to the gate would have been 10 past 8 and they informed us the part we are about to go into is about to close and so are the other ones. (This place is huge and the booking is made was for 3 different viewings. They happen to be complete opposite side of the park) The guy said maybe come another day ? I completely understand that would make sense but the reason we booked the time slot at 8pm was firstly to expirence it all during the night secondly by the time we get back to our place of residence we have all our luggage packed to get onto the plane today 1am. Firstly why offer a viewing of the 3 locations on the park that tales about 25 minutes to walk to the other end ? Its just impossible even the park worker said that also. He stated unfortunately being a third party that I booked it with there was nothing he can do. I am beyond upset and would not recommend and book direct and if you di good luck getting your money back. They havent replied and they dont care. All this company wants is just your money then they forget about you I have documented all my experience from the 1 hour cab ride just tp get there. Being told that the park will be closing and how even the workers found it stupid that the booking was available at a time so close to closing time and being opposite parts of the park. To the 1 hour cab ride back to our place of residence. Do not recommend, good luck getting any refund apologies or anything from this company. They are only good to take your money.

1.00My experience withy TripAdvisor was terrible. I accidently booked tics (Singapore Gardens by the Bay Activities) for November 5th when in fact should have been for October 30th. I did not realize until post the booking. I messaged TripAdvisor (thru the app) numerous times (in fact 7 times) since October 30th. To date no response at all. Very poor customer service, to not even have the decency to return a message enquiry. Even when the tics were sent thru (with a message meant for another persons booking) did you bother to reply. Will not be using TripAdvisor any longer. Poor Poor Service.
