Absolutely brilliant! Foraging walk interesting and enjoyable. Our guide, David, was very knowledgeable but down to earth in how he spoke to us. The bushcraft was great craic! David also cooked for us - I have food allergies and he went above and beyond to cater for me, which was very much appreciated. Would love to do this again sometime, in autumn maybe, to see how different the foraging and cookery are. Would definitely recommend!

Had a fantastic day. David was a wonderful, knowledgeable guide. We learnt so much about foraging and got to taste lots of items fresh from the ground that I would never have known about. Making our own mallets, whittling our own spoons and learning how to make fires was also great. And then we got to cook food over an open fire and also use what we foraged. One of the best and most menorable experiences I've had. Would highly recommend.

My dad and I really enjoyed the bushcraft and foraging event led by David. His vast knowledge left us both astounded with the wealth of information we gained. The entire experience was interactive, and we managed to fit numerous activities into the time allotted. The pizzas, nettle soup, and banana desserts were delightful, leaving us very satisfied with fully belly's. The setting was stunning, featuring wooded areas, flower-lined paths, alpaca fields, ponds, and more. It's hard to imagine anyone not finding something they love. We enjoyed it so much that we're eager to return and bring more family members with us. A massive thank you to David for making this such a memorable experience for my Dad and I. We don't often get the opportunity to do things like this together and it has allowed us to make amazing memories together!

Fantastic, action-packed day ! David, our guide was extremely knowledgeable about all the plants/trees and we were able to taste some, on our walk. Additionally, David taught us how to make a wooden spoon and survival whistle, along with a picture from flowers we had gathered. We ended this wonderful experience with a delicious nettle soup, pizzas and chocolate banana that we were able to cook ourselves on the campfire, in the forest. Having returned home, I feel I’ve learned so much and it’s such a good feeling being in nature. Can’t recommend David highly enough for making this experience fun and informative !

We had the most amazing afternoon at BallyBurren. David our guide went above and beyond what we expected. He shared so many facts and information with us about nature, cooked us fabulous food on the campfire, helped us all make whistles to take home and took special care of my son who has Autism. My daughter said best day out she's ever had, thoroughly enjoyed by all. David is a great asset to BallyBurren Estate. Thank you
