  We had an Amaizing trip filled with so much adventure. This place is unbelievable beautiful. I love that it was a private tour so we were able to enjoy our privacy. Súper recomendable!! Ame el tour y el guía es lo máximo!!!

  Amazing time with Angel and Annie at one of the best (of many) hidden gems that Puerto Rico has to offer. This waterfall is of the most beautiful things I've seen in my life. If you like off the beaten path nature wonders, then this is the tour for you. Angel is a world of knowledge and so accommodating. Be ready to put in some cardio going down (and coming back up ). If I did it, you can too and you will not regret it. It's a long stairwell so take your time. The waterfall has a great, big, deep pool you can swing in and the locals are very welcoming and friendly. This is the best tour guide hands down. Angel and Annie are the best!

  Asked for full refund or partial refund. I was not well to do a hike that morning. Please check my hotel , I went down to the beach to put my feet in water , they took my temperature, I waited by pool for my food & took it upstairs and rested my feet all day . The camera will show that and the 3 women I was with stayed by pool and also went out at night , I ordered room service when I woke up and still have receipts. The camera will not see me with the other women only getting my food . I was trying to convince them to do the tour since I already paid . It was a big inconvenience and I lost out . I’m requesting if not a full but a partial refund. I am a honest person and cameras don’t lie . It was best to soak my foot at the beach for a second for healing , I rested in bed most of the day . Please look at hotel cameras. Thanks

  Asked for a refund to to medical emergency swollen ankle the company kept my money no response. Not even a partial. I canceled but they did not acknowledge it . Bad business

  This was the absolute best tour I have ever taken. It can be physically challenging for some, but worth every minute. Angel and Annie were both incredible. They made us feel so comfortable and safe. Being surrounded by nature was so humbling. I promise you that you will not regret booking with them. 5 stars doesn't do them justice, they deserve much more than that. 100% recommend to all who have an appreciation for nature and are looking for friendly local guides to make your experience one to never forget.

  The best thing I’ve ever done in my life the lakes was gorgeous the scenery was beautiful the hike was amazing I recommend this for all he was very experienced And guided us safely through the entire hike He was extremely fun he was extremely fun and it was a great adventure this is a bucket list must trust me you will do this again He even had my husband jump in the lake and he can’t swim we had a blast this was really a good time
