Departure for Miandrivazo, the starting point for canoe descents on the Tsiribihina river. On the road, you will discover the volcanic landscape of Antsirabe with its surprising mountain cones. Antsirabe is the breadbasket of the Analamanga region. You will enjoy the magnificent landscapes of the rice terraces; Lunch at Mandoto; Arrive at Miandrivazo and installation at the hotel; It is in this village that we stock up on food during the descent of the river;

Boarding barge in the morning to sail along the Tsiribihina river. This river cruise offers us several interesting stops in the wild nature of Menabe. As nature allows, we can see the famous Verreaux's Propithecus lemur or even chameleons and kingfishers on the vegetation that stretches along the river; After crossing the breathtaking cliffs, we will enter an idyllic setting illustrated by a beautiful waterfall and a natural swimming pool which invites us to take a refreshing swim; Continuing the cruise, we will reach a nearby village to spend the night there. After breakfast, a short walk will be at the rendezvous to meet the local populations who occupy the small villages on the bank (village of Begidro); This second day of descent on the Tsiribihina river has only magical landscapes in store for us within an incredible natural resource; This channel course gives us the opportunity to meet endemic bird species such as herons or whistling ducks; Throughout the crossing, we will discover species of bats hanging on the large cliffs; We also cross the tobacco plantation; Night under the stars in a tent on a huge white sandbank;

After having spent a moment of authentic encounter with the local populations, we resume our journey early in the morning to reach Belo sur Tsiribihina; Departure in 4×4 in the afternoon for Bekopaka (+/- 5h of track); Crossing by ferry from Manambolo, installation at the hotel;

Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park
For the morning, we will go on a traditional canoe trip to Manambolo. Throughout the crossing of its majestic gorges, we will have to discover the most imposing massif of Bemaraha embellished by small cliffs. The course of the river reveals the wild and untouched nature of the locality. The walk will last around 2 hours. In the middle of the day, we will visit the Petit Tsingy, rather known on the "Circuit of Andadoany". The pedestrian route invites us on a small expedition and will take you to discover the resources and heritage of the Tsingy. Indeed, we will find a breathtaking landscape setting with a relief that is out of the ordinary, deep canyons as well as caves. This route will direct us to a botanical hike within a dense dry forest.

Departure in the morning aboard a 4X4 to reach the spectacular Great Tsingy of Bemaraha in Bekopaka. We will have enough time to appreciate the surprising beauty of this unparalleled landscape made up of Tsingy peaks. The Great Tsingy of Bemaraha National Park are classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. The most sensational of this pedestrian route is essentially the crossing of the suspension bridge where it has become customary to take photos when passing by. We will have to do speleology in the caves which testify to the presence of humans at a very remote time.

5.00We traveled as a couple from May 1st to 17th to Madagascar for a fully organized trip by Tita and her agency Mada Diary Tour, and what an experience! We contacted her by email, then WhatsApp, and we agreed to take the route from Tananarive by car to the west to the Avenue of the Baobabs, then spend the last days in Diego Suarez. The trip went perfectly: Tita took charge of us as soon as we exited the plane and, in her 4x4, guided us along the beautiful roads of Madagascar. The trip was particularly authentic: Tita took us to small isolated villages to meet the people, their school, and their working conditions. He made us aware of the local crafts and the fauna and flora of his country. Above all, he was committed to doing well every time: for each of our outings, he arranged for a guide so that we had all the information, and a nice touch, he took care of all the tips: we had nothing to add on this point and there were no additional costs other than the meals not covered in the quote. In this regard, Tita informed us on the first day of our arrival that, due to the weather conditions, we had to slightly change our travel plan to a solution that is normally more expensive than expected (private boat instead of canoe for the descent of the Tsiribihina), but he did not charge us any additional fees and took it upon himself! We greatly appreciated his professionalism, which was also evident in the choice of guides (all very good) and the hotels that were also very comfortable. Tita truly ensured that our trip was as authentic and comfortable as possible, and we appreciated it very much. He also has a vast network of people working with him, and we were also taken care of by Madason and then by Jimmy for the entire part in Diego Suarez. Everything was very well planned, and we sincerely recommend Mada Diary Tour. On our side, we learned about this agency through a colleague who had mentioned it to us when we had never traveled with an agency/tour operator before. And we also wanted to publish our review to tell everyone who does not know it: go for it! And contact Mada Diary Tour for your trip to Madagascar! The service is truly up to par, and for our part, we are leaving with stars in our eyes as we think back to this magnificent trip. The sunsets in the baobab aisle were magical and unforgettable. Starting from Tana and ending in Morondava, the organization and kindness of the team made this circuit perfectly fluid and enjoyable. 5.00It was fantastic, René Bernis , our guide and his team made sure we were not reassured at first but quickly me and my 3 comrades took confidence in the boats and we have to do it it is too exotic. The river, the waterfall where you will bathe the beauty of the landscapes the villagers who wash in the river while washing the laundry. And then Bemarah's thongs, difficult to reach with rain but what a reward.
