5.00The transportation company was on time to pick us up round trip. We had 8 people traveling and they were very accommodating. The van was clean and had air conditioning. The driver was nice and friendly too.

5.00While this was our first trip to Turks and Caicos, I decided to book a round trip airport transfer ahead of time. I used Tripadviser and decided to use Provo Connection based on both the reviews and the cost. Upon arrival on Saturday 7/13, we exited customs and located one of the airport staff near the taxi service area. He directed us to a spot, made a call and told us our ride was on its way. 10 min later we were in an SUV and on our way to our resort. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and our driver was very polite. It was a 15 min ride and we were soon pulling up to our hotel. On the day before our departure, we called, as instructed and were given a pickup time based on our flight. A van picked us up about 20 min after the agreed upon time and had another family also heading back. It was a bit crowed but not uncomfortable. We arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 20 min before our flight. Over all the experience was exactly what I hoped it would be. Uneventful. I would definitely recommend using Provo Connection. And if you are someone that does not like to share a taxi, choose one of the other private options.

5.00Second time we booked Provo Connections via Viator when traveling to T&C. Excellent service every time. When there are no other travelers for your pickup time (for the shared service reservation), they send a private vehicle. My friends called Provo directly for service the day before their flight back to the U.S. and Provo came through, no problem. Always on time, and the drivers are always very friendly and courteous. We will always book with Provo whenever we visit T&C.

5.00booked in advance for three of us going round trip from NY to TCI. Our flight was delayed by almost an hour and a half but Provo Connect. was there and we were in an SUV going to 7 Stars with no other guests - in the end it was a private ride. Just had to wait a few minutes. Pick up was easy - called ahead to confirm our departure flight and they were there promptly at 12 pm as discussed. One other guest in that car ride to the airport which was fine by us. Both drivers were courteous and cars were clean. Strongly recommend to book with them on your next trip. $100 for 3 roundtrip was fair.

4.00Used this service to and from the airport. Airport pick up with Trevor was very prompt and we essentially has a private ride. Return to the airport was a but more challenging given a later than expected pick up, was well as a very packed SUV. Overall, well run and reasonably priced operation.

5.00Great service. Pick up at the airport didn’t take too long though we did have to ask a couple of people exactly where to find them so it got a bit confusing. Picking up from the hotel, they were on time and drop off was so quick I wish we would’ve just told them an hour later since it took 15 minutes to get to the airport.
