  Driver arrived earlier than schedule. The short trip to the airport was uneventful. Recommend for others who need airport transfer in Port Vila.

  For a family group of 10 we can highly recommend this company . They were on time for both transfers and we were evacuated to another resort for our final night . A quick email to change pickup location and everything sorted . Definitely would use again .

  For the price of it, I assumed it was a private transfer like the way there. But it was not. We picked up other people along the way and spent an hour on a NON air conditioned bus. We met some great local tour guides when there and I would have much preferred giving the money to them. I had my 4 month old in a carrier on me sweating, was not ideal

  Our flight was 6.05pm Sunday 17/5/26 Virgin Australia, our pick up time was 3pm, we were advised by a staff member at Breakas Resort that our pick up time was now 3.30. The driver never introduced himself which wasn't a good start, courtesy goes a long way. The radio was on a sporting venue, quite loud, and uninteresting for the people on board. Our trip in this van was a scary one, the driver on several occasions was over taking dangerously, just about hit a motorbike rider. The conditions were wet & slippery making our trip very unpleasant. Our bags in the back were sliding around on many occasions. We were travelling with one other couple that could see the road ahead clearer than we could, as they often put their hands over their faces in fear. The trip took under 20 Minutes. It's not the service providers problem, it was the driver on the day that really needs to be checked.

  Make sure you get your slot. Driver wasn’t calling out names and people who didn’t get the service just board on thinking it’s their ride. Careless, entitled and lazy.

  The driver arrived within the agreed time frame and delivered us safely to the airport. He helped with luggage and the vehicle was air conditioned.

  Transfer from our hotel to the airport was part of our accommodation package. Our resort uses Atmosphere for this service. While waiting for the representative to show us which van to board, he stood under cover, while we stood in the pouring rain. Atmosphere then loaded us into a van. The driver was rude, talking very aggressively on the phone while trying to determine if we were on her list for transfer. After several moments, we were told to get out of this van and move, in the pouring rain, to a different van, which was up the street. This is the van that ultimately took us to the airport. It was hot, crowded and with inoperable air-con. Our suggestion is to use a different transfer company.

  Booked day prior online. Provided flight details. Unable to book in a preferred pick up time online. Pick up time provided was within 3hours of flight departure. Flight was 3.15pm. Provided a pick up of 12.35-12:45. Which was later than I would have preferred. 1:00 came around and couldn't wait any longer. Booked a taxi. By 1:10pm booking still didn't show up. Took taxi instead.
