  It was very helpful. But since Aruba has simplified the process of going through customs, it is really only necessary. The first time you go. Also, this does include VIP lounge however it is very small and there was a wait line to get in. For those who are not early, you may not get in.

  We started using First Class Aruba about 8 years ago and cannot fathom a trip to Aruba without their wonderful service. "Flying" through the airport is a great way to both start and finish a vacation to the One Happy Island. Great, friendly staff turns a 2+ hour departure into 20 minutes, adding an extra hour to your vacation. Highly recommended!!!

  Definitely made the airport experience easier and faster. Very friendly and helpful host. Although the new USA departure terminal is a definite improvement - the VIP experience makes it even better and avoids some of the "unavoidable" hassle.

  Our guid was friendly and professional. He quickly led us past about an hour and a half of lines into the comfortable vip waiting area. The airport was chaos that day and this really reduced our travel anxiety.

  We had the best chaperone:guide coming in on our trip to Aruba. Zanya was not only super efficient but knowledgeable and friendly. She met us on our arrival and our departure out of the country. We can’t say enough about the service and Zanya. Highly recommend
