4.00The tour operator only began replying to my older Viator messages about 30 days prior to our scheduled airport transfer. Once they began communicating, we had good response time to our additional inquiries. Our driver arrived at the airport meeting spot about 10 minutes after us (including the time it took us to clear immigration, collect luggage, and exchanging currency). Although we requested an English-speaking driver, he did not speak one word to us. That being said, he had our names on a sign and we understood his gestures. He was a safe driver with a comfortable van (we had a lot of luggage and advised the tour operator of this ahead of time). I would definitely recommend having pre-arranged transport to and from the airport. We did not have a return airport trip, as we left on a cruise with transport arranged by our tour group.

5.00Excellent experience. Great communication with operator prior to meeting date and driver was waiting for us outside baggage claim area. Driver was very courteous, friendly and helpful and helped with our bags. Drove us safely to our hotel and helped with bags on arrival at the hotel. Would definitely recommend and will use again if we return to this area.
