5.00Zena and her drivers are very professional and we are so happy we chose her service. She is excellent with communication and was able to address any concerns I had and made our trip less of a headache when there was other issues that had nothing to do with the transfer going on. I’d have to say the most seamless thing about our vacation was the airport transfer process. We had initially only booked a one-way transfer from the airport to our hotel, going under the assumption that the hotel had a free shuttle service back to the airport at the end of our trip. But we were given the wrong information and we were scrambling to find a way back. We thought we would go with someone a little cheaper, but they were not as professional and communicative, so we ended up going back with Zena and I’m very happy with that decision. I highly recommend this service for anyone traveling to the Bahamas.

5.00Zena's Taxi service was fantastic. The communication throughout the process, including at pick up time, cleanliness of the vehicle, condition of the vehicle (Ford Transit for 10 passengers in this case), courteousness and professionalism of the driver were all exceptional. I felt completely safe at all times on the drive, as I had my four small grandchildren with me, so safety was my priority and Zena's exceeded my expectations. Can't say thankyou enough! We''ll be back!

5.00Excellent service from start to finish. Our driver was waiting for us right outside when we came through baggage and customs, which made the arrival so easy and stress-free. He took care of all of our luggage and shared great local suggestions on the drive to the hotel. Once we were checked in, the owner even followed up to wish us a great trip — a very thoughtful and personal touch. Highly recommend!

5.00Communication with Zena was always completed in a quick and timely manner. She stayed in contract with me before our arrival. When we arrived and before our departure during our stay. Our driver Meeks/Cash was waiting for us when we walked out of the airport . She was super friendly , pointed out interesting landmarks on our way to our resort and helped make our first trip to the Bahamas start out on a positive friendly vibe.
