What To Expect
Upon booking we will issue a confirmation number. You would then be greeted at your pickup location by a representative with your name displayed on a sign. Clients will also be issued a return voucher confirming their pickup time for their departure time to the airport.

5.00Zena picked us up at the airport. She was prompt and professional. The van was immaculate. We really felt pampered. Zena is so knowledgeable about Paradise Island and so gracious sharing that expertise with us. We will always contact Zena for services when we are in the Bahamas. Her warm and outgoing personality makes you feel at home immediately. If we could give her more than five stars, we would!

5.00Zena is a highly motivated driver with such a warm and charming personality, she goes above and beyond, a true professional. We have been using Zena and her island services for several years now. We can always depend on her for all our needs while in Nassau, at our resort or for whatever we may need. She is organized, and always punctual. In addition to Zena's very friendly approach and good sense of humor, she makes herself easily available and flexible to our schedule when/if changes may occur.
