  Great communication with Zena. She had good info for us especially heading back to the airport. Her driver picked us up promptly. We used them both initially from and then back to the airport. Very clean vehicle. Highly recommend.

  Zena's Taxi service was fantastic. The communication throughout the process, including at pick up time, cleanliness of the vehicle, condition of the vehicle (Ford Transit for 10 passengers in this case), courteousness and professionalism of the driver were all exceptional. I felt completely safe at all times on the drive, as I had my four small grandchildren with me, so safety was my priority and Zena's exceeded my expectations. Can't say thankyou enough! We''ll be back!

  Xena was very friendly and helpful when my flight was cancelled then the next one was hours late. Her driver picked me up even though it was late at night. Happy to recommend!

  Excellent service from start to finish. Our driver was waiting for us right outside when we came through baggage and customs, which made the arrival so easy and stress-free. He took care of all of our luggage and shared great local suggestions on the drive to the hotel. Once we were checked in, the owner even followed up to wish us a great trip — a very thoughtful and personal touch. Highly recommend!

  Communication with Zena was always completed in a quick and timely manner. She stayed in contract with me before our arrival. When we arrived and before our departure during our stay. Our driver Meeks/Cash was waiting for us when we walked out of the airport . She was super friendly , pointed out interesting landmarks on our way to our resort and helped make our first trip to the Bahamas start out on a positive friendly vibe.

  We booked a private taxi service to and from Nassau Airport. Unfortunately, the experience started off a bit rocky—when we arrived at the airport, there was no one waiting for us. Because our booking was after 7pm, Zena had not been notified of the pickup. After contacting Zena directly, she quickly arranged for another taxi to collect us. Once things were back on track, the service was very good and timely. The return trip to the airport was smooth, punctual, and a very pleasant drive. One important note: despite what was stated in the booking details, the reservation did not include the return trip, and we were required to pay the return fee separately. Also, if you are arriving at the airport after 7pm, it’s best to call Zena directly at +1 (242) 803-8312 to arrange pickup. Although the start was slightly stressful, Zena remained calm, professional, and responsive throughout, and ultimately provided excellent service.
