What To Expect
Confirmation will be received at time of booking. Prior to the pick up date, contact will be made to re confirm the pickup details. Your flight will be tracked and monitored to ensure accuracy, efficiency and a smooth transition. The driver will be outside the arrival hall with a sign of the company personalized with your name on it. Meet and Greet will occur once identified, and driver will escort you to our luxury transportation, clean, comfortable and fully air conditioned, were you will be provided with welcome drink and other refreshments. You will be transferred to your desired destination, so sit back relax and enjoy the ride. For departure you will be picked up at the location of your resort at least 3 hours prior to your flight time. Confirmation regarding same will be sent to you with exact time of pickup.

5.00Tristan was waiting for us as we exited Security at airport. We had booked Mobay arrivals and got through quickly. We asked if he minded waiting for 15 to 20 minutes so we could use the lounge facilities before the long drive and he said that was no problem and to take our time. We had been in contact before we left Toronto, (through whatsapp message after I booked) and I had informed him then that we had the Mobay Arrivals, but wanted to let him know we had arrived and make sure he was okay with a short wait. Tristan is an excellent driver! We felt very safe and comfortable with him at the wheel. He gave us info on the sights we passed and answered any questions we had. He was kind enough to stop so we could get a pic at the NEGRIL sign before dropping us at hotel. He loaded and unloaded all our luggage for us without a grumble, (a couple of them were very heavy) We used Tristan both ways for our transfers, so we set up a pick up time for the following Sunday. A couple of days before departure we messaged him and asked if he would. be able to pick us up 15 minutes earlier, and again he said no problem. He was waiting when we came down to the lobby to check out a few minutes before pick up time. Tristan is extremely reliable and professional. I would absolutely recommend him for transfers to Negril and will definitely contact him first next time we go. I only wish we had waited and booked him as a driver for couple of private sightseeing tours Next time! Thank you so much Tristan.

5.00Excellent, prompt and professional service! Tristan was waiting for us when we arrived and kindly waited patiently for us as we enjoyed about 20 minutes in the Mobay arrivals lounge that we had also pre booked. On departure day, he was waiting for us in the lobby again. Tristan’s driving is excellent. We felt completely safe and confident with him at the wheel. He gave us info on where we were and what we were passing as we drove to Negril. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He even stopped for a photo op at the Negril sign for us We would definitely recommend Simpsonandsontoursja for for your transfers to Negril and plan to use them on our next trip ti Negril!

5.00I had an amazing experience with the transport service from Monterey Bay to Negril, Jamaica. The driver was incredible! The service was affordable, and we had a great conversation throughout the journey!!!!! Book now don't wait. Great communication asap anytime!!!! I will book again.

5.00Tristan was awesome. He picked us up timely, made stops as needed, and provided several recommendations. We also used him for the day as well and he gave us a tour, shopping, Ricks Cafe, and Margaritaville. He was on time with our departure as well. Would use again and recommend.
