Arrive Nassau and be welcomed by Luxton Ace staff. Your driver would await your arrival at Sir Lynden Pindling Airport, Jet Aviation, Odyssey, Cruise ship arrival or any other private FBO. At the arrival the Lead passenger name will be displayed on a sign. The driver will escort you to the car or if it is raining, will drive up to the curb to pick you up.The rep will ask for your voucher. Upon arriving to the hotel, your departure card/time will be given to you.

At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase, Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
As you exit the customs area on the lower floor, Our representative will be waiting on the outside of the arrivals section. The rep will have a sign with the name of the lead person. Depending on the availability of parking, you will be escorted just across the street to your vehicle. If it is raining, the driver will bring the vehicle to you up to the curb. Our services are to all hotels within the City of Nassau. You will be transported in a Private Air Conditioned Vehicle. The driver will leave you with a departure card with the date and time of departure pick up and our contacts in case of any changes.

Traveling alone can be intimidating and overwhelming however working with Luxton Ace their driver made me feel comfortable and provided professional, timely service with pickup and drop off. 5.00Our flight was delayed by a couple hours and we were worried about our ride not being there. While we were waiting in the customs line I received a call from Afeez our driver letting us know he was there. It took a lot of stress off. He was great. Once at the resort we verified our departure flight and time of pickup. He sent me a text the day before to verify the time of pick up. He showed up on time and got us to the airport with no issues. Would recommend this service to others.

1.00Due to airline delays i was unable to arrive on the correct day. Refused to pick me up the next day and refused refund. wont respond about at least completing second leg of roundtrip. viator is no help.

5.00I had the pleasure of booking Luxton Ace for my family for round trip airport transfers. We were very impressed with his communication and professionalism. He was prompt and helpful throughout our transfer to our hotel. He gave us a lot of detail about sites we were passing and even stopped for us to go to the store which was above and beyond! We were so happy with his service we used him during our stay for transportation to a local restaurant. Again we found him to be prompt and kind. Thank you so much! We highly recommend his service.
