5.00I cannot recommend Frank enough. He was available at the drop of a hat for us, and went above and beyond to assist us. He helped us with car hire, airport transers, covid tests, collecting our results for us so we weren't bogged down sitting and waiting. He was quick, friendly, communicative and affordable. He really was our GO-TO in Livingstone and can answer LITERALLY ANY question you may have. Not sure where to go for dinner? Frank will know. Want to see a Zebra walking down the road?
