2.00For a company that says “Our Chauffeurs will be waiting for you, not the other way around” in their whatsapp welcome message, they are terribly misleading. Despite being in constant contact with them before the flight, during landing, passport control and luggage pick up. We still had to stand in the middle of the airport frantically looking for the driver, only for him to tell us that he was not there yet and we had to wait. The vehicle was also filthy in the back with tons of food crumbs and dust in the center console. No water was offered either despite what it says on the listing.
