What To Expect
Domestic Arrivals After booking, you will receive a confirmation. On arrival, please make your way to the Exemplar desk in the T2 Arrivals/Baggage hall. The desk is on your left as you enter the Arrivals hall. Please check-in with the Exemplar staff at the desk before collecting luggage; they will advise the Coach Bay No., where you will meet your driver. Then collect luggage, and proceed to your coach. International Arrivals If you have an Australian capable phone please turn it on as soon as possible. (And please remember to provide us with your number at time of booking). Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals lounge as you exit the custom hall. He/she will greet you with a smile and a board with your name on it. They will be near the Exemplar Desk in T1.

4.00Both drivers i had did the job but were in a bit of a bad mood it seemed. Nonetheless they got me from point A to point B safely and it was inexpensive. I had a hard time with the app also getting the pickup times correct for some reason.

1.00I make a booking for san.On 11/10/25 he present code from email to yours representative at Cairns airport. She told me the are nothing about my booking in the system and refused give access to the transfer. I have to grab a taxi and pay for it.
