5.00We booked with LIV VIP transportation for a ride to our resort on Long Bay Beach and the return trip to the airport. Our driver Robert was right on time when our flight arrived on a rainy March day. Robert was a few minutes early when it was time to leave and head home. Robert speaks perfect English and knows a lot about the U.S. and has traveled there many times. Highly recommend!

5.00We used LIV transportation for the first time this trip. We were here for 12 days, pick up was quick and seamless at the airport and back from our destination. Robert was there at the time requested, he was courteous and very helpful. The car was spotless and very comfortable. The service was remarkable and we will definitely be using LIV transportation the next time we visit Provo!

Timely, clean and comfortable vehicles. They were flexible, professional, personable and accommodating. I can’t say enough about how amazing LIV VIP was. We booked their services (to and from airport, and to and from dinner throughout the week of our stay) prior to our vacation, and we were not disappointed! Robert was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the entire week. His knowledge of the island made every trip we took with him stress-free and pleasant. His vehicle was spotless and incredibly comfortable and there was plenty of room for the five of us with all of our luggage. So lovely and helpful and full of information for is about the island! Definitely the way to go when you’re visiting Turks and Caicos!

5.00Had a fantastic experience hiring LIV to take us from airport to hotel (& return trip). Booked it & paid for it easily online, they sent clear instructions, showed up almost immediately when called by airport attendant, arrived in a large black comfortable SUV, and very knowledge pleasant driver. This private direct transport is only a little bit more expensive than taking a crowded 'taxi van' with multiple stops. I highly recommend them.

5.00I cannot express enough how happy I was to have found LIVVIP for our transfers and concierge service whist in Turks and Caicos. Lisa and Robert were EXCEPTIONAL. I organized a corporate event for almost 60 people, and as you can imagine choosing the best vendors when you do not have local knowledge can be daunting. For all my event planners, anyone organizing a group, or event just needing one off transfers: don't second guess yourself on LIVVP. Just do it. Lisa and Robert provided an incredible service. The fleet was immaculate, they were ALWAYS punctual, so professional but friendly, with copious amounts of local knowledge. I had several people in my group tell me (unprompted!) how great Lisa and Robert were. Lisa went above and beyond with her concierge service. Recommending the best tours on the island, assisting with bookings and transfers and random questions I would ask in preparation for my event. If I could 10 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you again Lisa and Robert for the exceptional service!
