Not just a wine tour - spend an authentic day like a local in Provence: hidden vineyards, wine tastings, a game of Pétanque with Provencal aperitif and relaxed moments away from the crowds.
We'll start by exploring the beautiful landscapes around the Sainte-Victoire. I'll bring you to a nice vineyard where I'll explain you all wine production process and of course you'll taste wines from the domaine. Then we'll go to a little hilltop village away from hustle and bustle of mass tourism where we'll have a game of pétanque with some Provencal appetizers, just like locals do ! But If you prefer another winery visit instead, it's possible!
After that, you'll have some free time for an excellent lunch in the village or in the nature.
Our last stop is Saint-Maximim-la-Sainte-Baume. While strolling there you can visit its basilica where you'll find Mary Magdalene's skoll (!) Don't hesitate to have a coffee and try the best local ice-creams in the main square.

5.00From start to finish Tom went above and beyond. He was friendly, funny and extremely knowledgeable about any questions we had, even for things not related to the tour. He brought a great energy to the group. All the stops on the tour were excellent and I would happily recommend him.

5.00Mainly in the south for the sun and the beach, we wanted to discover the region differently. This day was SUPERB! Thomas is a very attentive, accommodating guide who knows Provence well. He shared some great anecdotes with us. Thanks to him, we had a really friendly, entertaining and relaxing time. The places we discovered during this excursion are very beautiful. The local dishes followed by the wine tasting were a treat! My friends and I enjoyed this day of escape. Thanks Thomas. I recommend !
Everything is there for a great experience around wine tasting, well-being and yoga in the Provençal nature!!

Tom's dedication to Kundalini yoga brings a profound sense of balance and mindfulness to each session. Going beyond physical well-being, his focus on spiritual growth leaves participants feeling energized and centred after each session. The accommodations are exquisite. Relax in Tom's beautiful home that is not just filled with beautiful art, but also with warmth and comfort. The grounds are surrounded by lush greenery where you can escape to the shade, or bathe in the sun by the pool-- it's a haven for relaxation and reflection. And let's not forget the mesmerizing views of the surrounding region! One of the highlights of the retreat is the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals. The sense of community and camaraderie among participants fosters a supportive environment where lasting friendships have been formed. Tom treated us to many activities. Personal highlights inclue a gorgeous hike full of panoramic views that led to a secluded beach with crystal-clear waters. We also had the opportunity to visit local markets, where we could find wonderful regional products: lavender, honey, wine. One of the more unique experiences was an evening hike up a nearby hill where we participated in a very special kirtan (chanting sacred hymns) in the serenity of the crisp night. Tom offers a transformative experience for the body, mind, and soul. I look forward to coming back!
