1.00Buy your ticket to Alcatraz at the Ferry Terminal. The audio tour is FREE to everyone who buys a ticket to Alcatraz. Buying it from a third-party vender only puts money in their pocket. Note, I still had to stand in line to get my the ticket I purchased online. I know first-hand there is NO advantage to buying ahead of time. The tour itself is great. I highly recommend it.

The boat ride was smooth and comfortable (with good snacks, too!). Highly recommend this for anyone visiting the city.

1.00We never made it. It was raining hard and the tour operator stopped replying. I’m going to Make sure this gets out there including my emails with your unprofessional tour operator. I’m traveling with 10 year olds trip advisor I will never book with you again and I will make sure I expose this to everyone to read unless you refund me my money back.

5.00Great insightful experience and we enjoyed the audio tour. Once you are on the island ferry’s come an go back to the city regularly so you can stay as long as you like or leave whenever you like. We had amazing views of San Francisco, the bay and Golden Gate Bridge. We would definitely recommend. You can buy souvenirs and bottles of water on the island and there are restrooms
