1.00We were sent a confirmation email and bar code. Queued for a considerable period of time only to be told we need a QR code which Tripadvisor has not provided. Another queue, even longer this time to get the QR code by which time ferry had departed. So another queue and wait for the next ferry. Sort yourselves out Tripadvisor !

1.00This is a scam, people. A predatory scheme. Just go on any other website like alcatraz city cruise and buy the EXACT SAME ticket for 47.95 $. They charge an extra 43 $ for nothing. I don’t know how it’s allowed. I wish someone had mentioned it in the reviews before. The tour operator is extremely rude and unprofessional too. Very disappointing experience. Zero star if I could.
