Great different night out! Pricey but honestly is so worth it. The actors were very comedic and the storyline was great! (You can get as involved as you like. And you’ll be given side quests.) Drinks side, I’ve tried a bunch of cocktail bars around bristol and can say these were the best cocktails I've had! Very unique and Tee our bartender knew her stuff!

Very memorable experience, great energy from all actors and fantastic service from our bartender, 1 of our group didn’t like the 2nd drink. But if you mention this they’ll much you a different one no problem!! All around fantastic and well worth the money! We only wish we were there ffor longer,

We went as a group of 4 and had a fantastic time - cocktails were great (we were asked preferences and served 4 different cocktails which were all delicious!) and the actors were a great laugh. 4 seemed a good size group for our cell but they can have up to 6 in a cell I think and if you are a larger group, they’ll split you into cells but position you near each other. Cells don’t actually have doors and you are free to move around (including access to toilets) unless the ‘warden’ is on the block.

The concept promises an emersive and interactive jail experience but the reality is a grim little basement where you are served your own alcohol by low level actors. The ‘manager’ has an ego the size of Bristol and thew us out for throwing a cushion into another cell which bounced off an ‘actor’ - hilarious for all the wrong reasons! Give it a miss and save your money it was a not fun.

Spent a weekend in Bristol and when I was Googling for things to do, Alkotraz came up. Didn't read any reviews so wasn't sure what it was but oh my god I didn't expect what I experienced! First of all the customer service from the manager was unbelievable, I booked the wrong tickets but she managed to sort out everything for us but had to go the next day (which was ok) and gave us THE most fun experience of the weekend! Not going to give away the game but the details were very well thought of, everyone was included and the warden was soooooo fun!!!! Just for this alone I want to go back to Bristol and relive the experience!

Every moment this experience was great. Theatrical side was well done and such a laugh. Cocktail side of things, We were asked about our preferences and allergies and made the best personalised drinks. Staff were very friendly :)

We arrived late, but Alex, the manager, was incredible—so accommodating and made sure we didn’t miss out on any of the fun! The staff were fantastic, staying in character the whole time and making the experience feel so immersive. The cocktails were amazing, expertly crafted and tailored to our tastes. Sneaking in the liquor and watching the bartenders work their magic was such a fun touch! A must-visit for anyone looking for a unique and theatrical night out. Huge thanks to Alex and the team—we’ll definitely be back! 🍸🔐

The performance was hilarious and engaging, actors/actresses were very good, the cocktails made from our contraband were delicious. Everything is well put together and entertaining.
