Highly recommended, a place full of stories that need to be told and for this it is essential to hire a guide. In our case we had the tickets and then we hired the guide. We had an excellent one named Alain who guided the group in two languages, English and Spanish, answering all our questions and contributing all his knowledge.

I was going with my teenage daughter, it was her first time in the Alhambra and I wanted a super nice experience for both of us. Very happy with the result.

I loved doing this tour with the guide Cristina because she explains everything so well and she is also very nice and friendly! I would like to do another tour if I ever visit Granada again.

We got so lucky that the weather was just perfect for our tour. the guide, Carmen, was very good and friendly and our group was great. The segway tour in the afternoon was quite an adventure : it was our first time getting on one. The guide and instructor whose name escapes me was great.. he was very patient with us as first timers :D

A delightful Segway tour of Granada. The tour took us on a nifty route through the cave area and up and down hills, and we saw some gorgeous vistas. We did the afternoon tour and sunset was magical. The only downside, and I did not knock off a star for this because I think Segway tours are just fabulous, is that I think the groups are too big. My recommendation to the company would be to invest in some of those headsets - easier to communicate to the group when you are spread out in a line.
