Mindblowingly beautiful experience! Highly recommend visiting the Alhambra palaces & gardens... Really enjoyed the online guides. We appreciated the opportunity to move at our own pace. Even the stroppy teenagers liked it! :)

Super professional and well-organized. Benji navigated the complex Alhambra entry system effortlessly, got us to the best viewpoints before the crowds, and maximized every minute. Zero downtime, zero confusion, just a perfectly paced, informative tour.

Benji isn't just a guide; he's a storyteller. He wove together history, culture, and little-known anecdotes so seamlessly that three hours flew by. The way he connected the Alhambra's past to present-day Granada gave us a completely new appreciation for the city.

The audio guide was good, but Benji made it exceptional. He added personal anecdotes about growing up in Granada and connected us with local shopkeepers we never would have met otherwise. Felt like a private cultural exchange, not just a tour.

We toured with our two teenagers, and Benji kept everyone engaged from start to finish. He adapted perfectly to our family's pace, throwing in fun facts for the kids while still delivering rich historical content for the adults. The kids actually wanted to stay longer—miracle!

Feels like a lot of surprises with extra costs. We thought we bought tickets with nasrid palace but the day of the visit we got an WhatsApp that we could book this as extra for €49! That was up to the €35 we already paid. Read your ticket!! You have to get your ticket in the city first not at Alhambra itself.

Site remarkable for its beauty whose visit takes several hours (4 hours). Audio guide comments can instructive historically with references that do not need to be. In my opinion, a tour with a guide is essential.

Scam practice. We booked this one. They show a picture of the Nasrid palaces, giving the impression that this is part of the tour. In addition, the price is three times higher than the normal price via the official website of the Alhambra. PURCHASE VIA THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE. I contacted them, but they indicated that it was non-refundable and that there were no tickets for the palaces. I then went to the official site of the Alhambra. There I could book tickets without Nasrid Palaces for €12pp. In the end, we also bought tickets for the next day for about €22 via the official website. We bought it because we wanted the complete experience that this agency apparently could not provide. This company thrives on the ignorance of tourists through their clickbait and doesn't seem to have any problem with that. They cheated us out of $70. In the end, we simply bought the right tickets for a much lower price, literally for the next day, via the official website of the Alhambra. In addition, they tried to offer me other tours via whatsapp to make more profit of course. I did not like this and I also see it as a breach of the GDPR!!

An agency scam, you are charged €100 to then not let you enter the Nasrid palaces with the excuse that there are no tickets left, but they can be bought at the door of the Alhambra.

The audio guide did not bring many elements, all points were alike. It was a bit funny.
