1.00We arrived at Al Hambra and were told that those were not our tickets and we need to go back to downtown area and get the tickets and then bring them back to actual ticket office for verification and by that time we would have missed our booked time, what a terrible experience

2.00The Alcazaba, Generalife Gardens, and Charles V Palace was good but we did not have access to the main palace. You would have thought that when you purchase tickets for a tour of Alhambra it would include access to the main palace?? Also the audio guide content was very limited (1min of info per location). I would not recommend this tour.

4.00The audioguide really doesn't help much. But the monument is wonderful. I strongly recommend visiting it, it does not have a time limit, lasts more than 3 hours.
