This is a luxury, small group (nine people) wine tour of Mendoza´s fine wine region.

We spend the day visiting the very best wineries (three to four in one day) and trying the best wines in the most beautiful locations.

A multiple course gourmet lunch with wine pairings is included.

A guide accompanies you throughout the day and gives insights and anecdotes regarding wine and Mendoza.

Many of our guides are trained sommeliers or winemakers. The tour is in one language and the wineries and region (Lujan de Cuyo or Uco Valley) differ from day-to-day as there are many amazing places to see.

Our tours are fun and casual with the focus on exceptional wines, creative food and stunning settings. The wineries we visit differ from day to day but are from a select group of top-quality producers.

What To Expect

Pick up is at 8.45am at your hotel in the Mendoza City area. We visit three wineries throughout the day and have premum tastings including Malbec at each winery. At the first winery we also do a tour of the facility to see what makes Argentine so unique. Each winery we visit is very different and we include small boutique operations and larger, big name wineries. We then have a 5-course gourmet lunch with 5 wines at a winery with beautiful mountan views. We return to your Mendoza City hotel at 5.30pm. The group size is maximum eight people and the price includes tastings and lunch with wine. A guide accompanies you all day and the tour is conducted in an air-conditioned Mercedes mini-bus. Mineral water is provided in the transport vehicle.

We had a great day. Our guide Agostina was incredibly knowledgeable of local history and wines. We visited a couple vineyards and had an amazing time and a wonderful lunch. Trout & Wine was very easy to work with to figure out the best possible tour. Would highly recommend (and will go back next time we are in Mendoza)!

We had a fantastic experience with Trout and Wine Tours and highly recommend them. Our guide Anna made everyone feel welcome right away and clearly explained each step of the tour, plus gave a brief intro to each winery before we arrived. We visited four wineries as advertised, with a great variety of styles and price ranges. Huge thanks to our driver Osvaldo for a smooth, safe ride all day. It was such a great experience that we canceled another tour and booked a second one with Trout and Wine Tours. 🍷

Our group of 8 did three wineries in one day with Trout and Wine. It was an awesome day! We started out at a small winery where we saw harvest in action, learned about the region and the deep history of winemaking….we tasted some super interesting Malbecs and they made it easy for us to buy wine and ship it home.. Next we made our way to a medium winery which had an amazing, modern facility with stunning views of the Andes mountains. Our host was funny and entertaining and gave us a great behind the scenes tour. Last, we ended at a large vineyard for a gourmet lunch with Yup, more wine! The food and service were excellent. Our T&W guide was Lena and she was knowledgeable, funny and personable, even letting us take over the playlist in the van. The van was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was an awesome way to spend the day and explore the wines of Mendoza. Highly recommended!!

Excellent tour. Our driver Christian and guide Vicki were fantastic. We have travelled extensively and this was by far the best tour we’ve done. The stops were great with very good tastings . Our group of 6 was alone everywhere we went except for the restaurant where we were given a premium table outside. The menu was truly gourmet. Vicki took exceptional care of us and was very knowledgeable. I would truly recommend this tour with Trout and Wine to anyone.

Amazing day with Agostina and Christian, learning about valley of Uco and visiting 3 wineries. In Piedra Negra, it is all organic and the white wjne specially stood out. In Corazon del Sol, the rose has honey notes. We finished in Claro Oscuro with an amazing lunch (with a tomahawk!), a lot of wine, laughter and chat. Fully recommend this!
