What To Expect
Yu Garden (Yuyuan)
Your professional tour guide will welcome you with your name card at the arrival hall of Pudong International airport at Terminal or Shanghai/Wusongkou cruise terminal port. After 1 hour driving from the airport/ cruise terminal, you will start your exciting layover tour in beautiful Shanghai city! First of all, visit Yuyuan garden, a very ancient and well-preserved garden with the history of 400 years old where to see the stylish Chinese pavilion and authentic old architectures. Stroll around the ancient house with delicate pavilions, corridors, ponds, rockeries, walkways and lush green trees. If you like to do shopping and have a bite of street food, Yuyuan bazaar can be a good choice for you (Yuyuan garden close at every Monday, in this case, you will visit Jade buddha Temple instead).
Jade Buddha Temple
If Yuyuan garden is closed, choose to visit Jade buddha temple. Take a stroll at the beautiful old temple with multiple chambers and impressive buddha statues. See the local worshipers and learn the fascinating religion culture from your guide. (Jade buddha temple close at 4:30pm).

5.00Door to door, tailor made Shanghai in a nutshell adventure delivered by truly dedicated and experienced staff. I traveled with my husband and two sons, and it was our dream to see Chinese calligraphy on top of the “regular” Shanghai must do. Nothing is impossible for this team! Our otherwise energetic boys were mesmerised by the experience that was tailored for us. Lunch too exceeded our expectations - instead of the standard Chinese menu, we got to experience cuisine (and music!) of an unknown to us Chinese minority, extending educational aspect of the trip while enjoying a delicious meal. Again, the word impossible is not in the team’s vocabulary as our wonderful guide got an off the menu glass of milk for my younger one when he craved one. The itinerary covered many must-see places and left us happily tired, driving back to the airport in a comfortable car all the more pleasant. Great job, guys! Thank you for the memories.

5.00Wonderful tour for a complete and varied tour of the city. Excellent guide who managed, despite our fatigue of the trip, to make us spend a day discovering the typical food (various lunch and tasting of excellent ravioli included in the price), visiting the oldest and most modern places always managing to alternate everything with moments of relaxation. I can only suggest this tour for a day tour of the city and if you can ask Chloe as a guide because it is really amazing.

5.00We were picked up on time from the cruise port, and commenced our tour of Shanghai. Alex was amazing, ensuring we went to see the sights we were interested in. We had an amazing lunch at the Shanghai tower, and Alex picked great tasty food for us. We saw the Jade Budda, Shanghai tower and the French Concession. Alex did a amazing job and we had a walking tour of many sights in the area, as Alex once lived in the area and knew the locals. Highly recommend this tour.

5.00They gave us very good service. And they took care of us very well. Especially Snow, our tour guide. She is very friendly and shared her knowledge about Shanghai. We went to Shanghai Tower, Yu Garden and the Bund. It was a truly great experience thanks to them! Will definitely book them again.

5.00We enjoyed every bit of the tour! The weather was perfect, not too hot not too cold. The sights were amazing and the tour guide was very friendly. All throughout the day we never ran out of things to talk about, no awkward moments, and lots of things to learn. Jung was very knowledgeable and able to answer most, if not all, of our random questions about the tour and China in general. I liked that we didn’t have to act like we were tourists. It attracts less unwanted attention because it looked and felt like we were just hanging out in the city with a friend. We were able to try out things that interested us during the day, and we were able to walk around any of the stores we wanted to, other than the ones that were part of the tour. Most of all WE NEVER FELT RUSHED to go from one place to another. We were able to enjoy, relax, and just take in all the beauty of the different places. Loved it. Definitely recommend!

5.00Our tour guide Judy and driver Li were both wonderful - Judy was so knowledgeable, personable, and did a great job allowing us to learn and have a little fun. Our food was delicious and the van which drove us to and from our destinations was practically new - comfortable and very clean. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone with a long layover wanting to experience Shanghai first hand.

5.00The tour was amazing and our tour guide Queena was the best ever. She made us feel very comfortable during the entire tour. Queena was full of energy and ensured we visited all the sites that we were interested in. Lunch was very tasteful and an authentic experience to taste the local food. Overall I would recommend Queena to anyone as a great tour guide and very knowledgeable on the city of Shanghai. She did an excellent job leading the tour and gave very valuable insight and information on Shanghai. Our driver was great help and on time picking us up at the airport. We felt very safe during transport and he even played some great music. Thanks to both of them for such an unforgettable experience in Shanghai!

5.00To start Alana Wu was very helpful with directing us on how to get out of the airport and meet our driver! Mr Zheng was early and waiting for us! He was friendly and a wonderful driver! Queena is an amazing tour guide. She was super nice and pleasant. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions! She was always helpful and willing to stop and take photographs for us. We went to the gardens, temple, the Bund and the Shanghai tower!We had the most delicious lunch! Queena help us pick out the best food on the menu and none of the dishes were disappointing! We loved this tour and would recommend it to anyone!
