What To Expect
Playa Tortugas
You will start this activity arriving at the meeting point, Marina Adventure Bay located at the Tortugas beach pier at Km 6.5 of Kukulcán Boulevard, you can also purchase this activity with the transportation service included, explore the list of hotels on our purchase page, If yours does not appear, you can contact us at 9985803350, we will gladly assist you. The sailing adventure towards Isla Mujeres begins with the pick-up at your hotel in case you have contracted the service, the pick-up time will be informed after you have purchased the Tour.
Cancun
When you arrive at the Marina, go to the dock ticket office to check-in, provide your reservation details, the host will guide you to the waiting room and even get on your boat. Once you arrive at your boat, step on board for safety instructions and get ready for an unforgettable experience. Our hosts will serve you delicious drinks from the open bar throughout the tour. All you have to do is let yourself be pampered.

4.00Great job by all staff, they were very communicative & helpful! Spoke both Spanish and English fluently. and awesome locations. Good drinks, decent buffet, & a nice snorkeling experience. The only reason I chose to leave 4 stars is 5 is because when we showed up at 915am for a 10am departure (they recommended 930am) we didn't even board the boat until 1030 and departed at 11am. I'm sure that's normal but we could have slept in and saved another hour had they just communicated when their actual boarding was. I recommend wearing lots of sunscreen as well; You will be in the sun all day. If you are a US tourist: When you get to Isla Mujeres make sure you know the conversion rate of pesos to USD. You will get ripped off, but you can minimize the damage by haggling and/or knowing exactly what you're spending.

1.00Worst decision ever! Total scam, paid for a beautiful catamaran and received an old, non/functioning one instead. Pic below of the sail that clearly couldn’t be used. No power on boat = no music. Broken railing = ropes in place so not safe to move from one end to the other. Boarded over 2 hours past our departure time. No life vests on board, snorkel gear, or lily pad = no water play time. Issues dropping anchor at one beach and wasted an hour. Then took us to an over-crowded beach where guide ditched us to go drinking. Guide not helpful at all. Toilet on board was broken and didn’t have a seat attached. Net on catamaran was such large holes our children 4-6 years old could have fallen straight through the size of the holes. Took them over and hour and a half to pull the boat into dock in the dark bc no power board and no sail. Disaster! Do not waste your time!
