We had Kevin as our travel guide and Jonathan as our driver. Kevin was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the trip. The bus was clean and the ride was very comfortable. I highly recommend this excursion to everyone.

It was honestly very fun. The crew was amazing, they explained everything well and took care of every single passenger. They asked if everything is okay very often and refilled drinks all the time, even mixed coctails. Snorkling was great, not too short not too long. We stopped for a nice jump and swim and then went to Isla Mujeres. The ride home felt a bit long but what can you do. So it took all day we came back at 8pm. Another good thing that we were not pushed to buy pictures or to buy some things that we didnt need. Overall, we felt very comfortable and we had a lot of fun! Recommend!

since we were over 60 they wouldn't let us snorkel even though the advertising said that we could. Apparently it's a harbour master rule that no one over 60 years old. So we were very disappointed as this was the purpose of the trip.

A really great activity. I travelled alone, but that was not an issue at all. The boat crew were fun and attentive. The time given at each stop was ample, and the sights and activities plentiful. It was a great day. Well worth it. You won't regret this one!

Really enjoyed our experience. All the crew were great only thing that would of given it 5stars was to have transport back to our hotel. We walked by in the end. But the trip was very good lots of free alcohol free food at the beach bar. The golf carts were a bit pricey 80usd each for a trip to the top of the island probably not worth the money imo but great day had regardless. Ty.

Generally this was an okay catamaran tour. Note that some of this may be because it is off season and was very very windy. The biggest complaint I have is that It says snorkeling equipment provided and we didn't get to go snorkeling at all really. They didn't say we weren't going to do this. I would understand since the waters were so choppy but they really should be clearer with their communication. Staff were great, no complaints Disembarking was pretty nerve racking and felt dangerous - waves were very large and it was basically nighttime at this point. With a pregnant wife it wasnt the best

My husband and I booked this tour as it got great reviews. Hotel pick up at 9:15am and arrival at dock location was great. Organized at the dock at the beginning and you have to pay a dock tax of $20 each for a boarding pass. Tour was to start at 10am but we didn’t leave until 10:30am and got rained on in the meantime. It was confusing when we finally got called for our tour and trying to get through the throngs of people waiting there. Getting onto the catamaran, shoes off, me and my husband were directed to sit in the covered area at the back of the boat. After loading, and getting underway, beer and alcohol were being served which surprised me before snorkeling. Jorge came to talk to us about the tour and that if anyone was over 65, they couldn’t swim. He was sort of joking, sort of not. We realized he was not joking. What? That’s when all of us at the back of the boat realized we had been separated by age. The oldest of us at the back and the youngest up on front of the catamaran. I am 59, my husband 69, another couple were under 50 and the two other couples with us were in their 60’s. We were all super insulted. We all said we wanted to swim and he was genuinely shocked to the point that he made us all sign a hand written statement that we had to write, stating we would be responsible for ourselves. We were given heck for putting on sun screen, I had reef safe sunscreen. We were made to wear ill fitting life jackets with no strap between the legs so it kept riding up. I was given one too large for me. We were only given a mask, no snorkel. We were dropped at a location, told to get off and hang on to a yellow rope like two year olds. My husband and I had to switch life jackets in the water because mine was so big and we got in trouble for that. The boat left, there was nothing to see but grasses in the water and we were made to basically swim and follow the leader quite a long ways to where we finally saw some fish, underwater hand sculptures and then the boat showed up. It had been almost impossible to swim in these life jackets and we kept being told to hurry up. We were told to board the boat. One lady in our “older” group had a bit of a panic attack as she couldn’t see the boat to “ground” her and when we were back on board, Jorge told her that “all she did was complain”. It was the most bizarre “snorkeling”experience any of us have ever had. Back on board, the drinks were flowing again. It was a very slow ride to the next stop where they told us we could get off for a short swim. Us “older”people did not bother. We went to our next stop which was buffet lunch at an open air restaurant that was specifically for this. Catamaran tours that included lunch. Atleast there were decent washrooms there and sinks that worked to wash your hands unlike what was on the catamaran. The toilet worked but not the sink on board. Lunch was okay. We got a watered down margarita. As soon as as we finished eating we were told by the restaurant to leave for the next group of boats coming in. We had to wait around a bit to get the okay and then boarded the boat again. Another slow crawl with more drinks which i am sure must be watered down, because none of us were hammered or feeling anything at all. Arrived at north end of isla mujeres for shopping and beach time. We were lead inside a jewellery store to get a number written on our wrist band for certain store discounts in the large souvenir store attached to the jewellery store conveniently. Directions were sort of given to opposite side of the island if you wanted or shopping or beach time. We had to be back to boat by 5. It poured rain while we were there so beach time was ruined. Back on board, drinks flowing again. Jorge tried to be jolly and have some fun with us…. There was a photographer on board that had been doing photos of everyone all day. We all got to look at our photos…$25 for each photo or $120 for all of them…. We were late getting back. There was confusion getting everyone organized with their drivers back to hotels but we did. This tour could have been shortened a lot if we hadn’t slowly put putted to each stop. We spent a lot of time sitting on the boat drinking. The “snorkeling”…. It’s not snorkeling without a snorkel. 🤿. It was insulting for those of us that were older. We are older, not dead! We have snorkeled a lot over the years on our travels and have never experienced anything like this. Overall, super pissed and disappointed for the money. I do not recommend.

This is basically a catamaran trip to the island and back. Travel time is about 1hr-1hr30mins each way. Departure was a late by 30mins; it was a small harbour so it may take time. Lots of drink provided on board and it is pretty much it. Once on the island, we had about 1h30mins to explore at our own expenses. We rented ourselves a buggy to drive around. 40usd for 4 seaters buggy. We didnt rent through the tour guide who offered expensive 70usd price for the same thing. Traffic on the island is very light so it is very easy. We wish we could have taken ferry ourselves to the island to have more time to explore the island. Transfer from our hotel in Playacar each way also added to the time of wasted. We could have rent a car and drive ourselves. It is straightforward.
