Upon arrival at the Turks and Caicos airport Providenciales forget about a taxi that will fit your large group after a long flight. A Private 10 passenger Van with plenty of luggage space and your professional driver will be waiting to transport you and your group to your Villa or hotel. After landing at the Providenciales Airport. You and your group will clear immigration and custom. One of our drivers will be waiting outside with a sign with the lead traveler's name to help each guest board their Private Van. Guest will have their Private driver number to contact him or her to set up a time suitable for a supermarket transfer ( 30 mins ) and dinner transfer ( 5 hrs. ) Our team will also book restaurants in advance for your group.

5.00Our driver Ron was seriously the best driver and person I’ve ever encountered on a vacation. He made our group of 9 feel so incredibly safe and taken care of, with a maximum wait time of 2 minutes. He made our trip 100x better and easier than what it would’ve been without him and we are forever thankful to have gotten to meet him!

5.00Leonard is the absolute best and made our trip incredibly easy! The team is super responsive and even accommodated a few last minute changes we needed. 3.00On pickup at the Airport, Antionette plainly told all passengers to call Majestic a day in advance to confirm pickup at Alexandra Resort, Providenciales. I did as ordered by calling the toll free number,1-866-648-5873,that was provided by my travel agent! When calling this number the night before, the customer service representative kept putting me on hold and had NO IDEA what I was talking about even though i provided a reference & confirmation number!!! After 15 minutes, I was told that pickup was confirmed at 10:00am so I hung up the phone. The next day my hubby and I reported to Alexandra lobby and waited. After no one showed up at 10:15am, I called the 649-343-3840. This individual was SO RUDE! She claimed she talked to me the day before..that was untrue! She yelled,” We will make one trip at 11:30am!” This was absolutely fine with me but I didn’t know bc I never talked to this individual!!! She kept yelling, Ma’am, I told you this yesterday!!” But I NEVER spoke to this lady😫! Finally, Mr. Leonard pulls up at 11:30am for airport transportation BUT my & hubby’s name were omitted from the round-trip transportation to the Airport!!!! Thank God I had my Reference number and Confirmation readily available…and I must say Leonard was pleasantly understanding!!! He took pictures of my email for proof! I think for my anxiety…. I prefer another company! Didn’t appreciate the yelling when I never talked to the lady BUT I did appreciate Mr. Leonard!!!!

5.00Majestic tours worked out great for our large group! We had a group of 21 people with several airport transfers on multiple different days as well as transportation to and from restaurants and a boat tour. Leonard was our driver for the majority of the trips and was right on time and very accommodating to our schedules! He was friendly and safely got us to all of our destinations. This was my first time visiting the island so everything was communicated prior over the phone/email and it all worked out perfectly! Would definitely use Majestic again!

5.00I was stuck on Turks and Caicos with my wife and two young daughters for three days trying to fly home and had a difficult time getting back and forth to the airport. Leonard with Majestic took a personal interest in helping me secure transportation regardless of timing and made a tough situation a little easier for me. I’ll definitely look for him and Majestic when we return!

Michelle was our tour planner, gave us suggestion for tours, shopped groceries and arranged a surprise cake n gifts! She was very helpful! Thank you! 5.00Came for a bachelorette and she was awesome!! Super nice and was on time, would totally recommend. There was a group of ten of us and she was so fun with everyone. Anne was the absolute best! Definitely recommend

5.00Great experience!!! Used Majestic the entire time we were on the island. Everything was handled professionally. We had airport transfers and an island tour for 8 people. Not quite sure who I was emailing, Antoinette or Ella. Everyone was great in responding to my millions of emailed questions when I started planning. Leonard was the perfect tour guide and driver. I will use them again.
