  The cable car ride was definitely a highlight with beautiful scenery all around, and you’ve got to try the open chair cable car on the second part of the trip up. Nothing beats the fresh mountain air and those wide open views. The view from the top was just stunning—honestly, one of those things you have to see for yourself to believe. Our guide was really knowledgeable and made the whole day enjoyable. I also liked how both the company and the guide reached out the night before to confirm the pickup spot and timing, which made everything smooth. On top of that, during the city tour, one of the attractions was closed, and the company quickly made alternative arrangements so we didn’t miss out. They even took the trouble to bring us to a restaurant that served the kind of food we were missing on holiday—good curries! Really appreciated that. I love good service like that. I’d definitely recommend this tour and the company if you’re visiting.

  Visiting Bogdanovich Glacier was an unforgettable experience. The view is absolutely breathtaking, even though the weather wasn’t at its best on the day of our visit. Some of our team members weren’t in top shape for the hike, but our guide, Bek, was incredibly patient and motivating. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and encouraged, turning the journey into a pleasurable adventure rather than a struggle.   We had an amazing time with Isa. He was punctual, picked us up on time, gave us lots of inputs about the tour even before it started. He gave us plenty of information en route to the base of Big Almaty Lake and carried the necessary equipments to make this trek an amazing experience for us. He had snow spikes, hiking sticks to help us with the trek. He gave us lots of information about the local places, cuisines, various hills and carried some of the amazing tea we ever tasted along with some snacks. He was very kind to us whilst guiding us during the trek and gave us plenty of time to rest during the climb.   l We booked a tour to Bogdanovich Glacier and Shymbulak in Almaty, and it was a fantastic experience! Our guide, Kassym, was punctual, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. The transportation was smooth, and the breakfast provided was good. Kassym ensured we had all the promised amenities and made the tour feel more like an adventure with a friend rather than a typical guided trip. The tour cost us around 24,000 KZT, which felt slightly expensive, but given the overall experience, it was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this tour and give a full 5 stars to Kassym and the tour company for their excellent service!

  The most beautiful tour Ive been to!!! Words arent enough to describe how this tour is so special!!! Thank you KASYM for neing the most wonderful tour guide!!! Those shoe spikes and trekking sticks did thier job and saved the day!!! Defintely this tour is one for the books!!!!
