5.00The Toffemont alpaca farm tour is an awesome experience. So many friendly, adorable alpacas interacting with you, an occasional spit or two at each other (not at us) and a very informative guide, Janelle who filled us in on all the details we needed to know about a working farm. We saw a mum nursing a baby born less than a couple of hours ago and Peanut was in labour while we were there. A tour worth doing!

5.00We enjoyed the experience of seeing the alpacas up close in a low key and friendly manner. The farmer was good at providing information about the daily life on the farm and how much work goes into it. Recommended if you like animals and want to learn more about alpacas

5.00What an exceptional personalised small tour. No shortage of time to feed the alpaccas which is included in the fee and the owner was extremely passionate about the industry and the animals care. Was in Hobart for 7 days and did many things but this was the highlight. Nice to relax and have a free biscuit/cake and talk to the owner. Animals are extremely well behaved. Great outing for any family.

5.00This was one of the best animal encounters we have ever experienced. We were greeted by two small and friendly dogs, followed by Janelle, one of the owners. She gave us clear instructions on how to behave around the alpacas and how to feed them. We had a great time feeding the alpacas, patting them amd taking photos with them. Janelle is very passionate and knowledgeable about alpacas and we learned a lot about them. She was great with our primary school-aged girls, who had a wonderful time. The alpacas were gentle and beautiful, and it was so special to be able to get so up close to them. When we finished feeding the alpacas, Janelle had even prepared afternoon tea for us to enjoy! Thank you for your friendly hospitality! We will definitely visit you again next time we come to Tassie!!

5.00This was a great afternoon. The hosts are warm and friendly. The interaction with the Alpacas was so hands on you just want to take one with you. You get to feed the Alpacas, selfie with the Alpacas and just have fun and play with them. We were lucky as there were only 5 us on this tour so it was very personalised.
