This was an amazing trip from start to finish. We saw lots of Orca and humpback whales up close, and it was clear that the crew knew exactly where to go to maximise the customer experience. The owner Valerie clearly has an enormous passion for this part of the world, the wildlife, and ensuring her clients have the most memorable day. Couldn’t recommend it higher!

Valerie was an outstanding host. From the time she welcomed us at the Port terminal and throughout the cruise experience she was attentive to everyone's needs ensuring we all had a great time. The captain successfully located pods of Orca and multiple sightings of humpback whales. The boat was comfortable and safety a priority. A truly wonderful day.

We had a great trip - highlight of our Alta experience! You have to go not expecting whales but we saw orcas within 25 minutes, fin whales straight after then humpbacks, and to top it off we saw humpbacks and orcas feeding together - a real crescendo! Valerie was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The boat was comfortable and the guides clearly knew where to find the whales

Valerie does an amazing tour with her small boat. She and her crew made me feel at home right away and we could chat and have a tee, coffee and cookies on the short 25min journey out into the Alta fjord. We were lucky enough to see Finwhales, Orca and Humbacks which all got very close to the boat even though Valerie always tries to keep distance to the animals as to not disturb them. He captain is a former fisherman and seemed to have a sixth sense on where the whales would appear. We saw them almost all the time during our 4 hour trip. I loved how excited Valerie herself got every time we saw an animal. You could feel the passion with which she runs this company. As a small local business I would always choose her tours over those of bigger companies because I know my money supports her directly.

Valerie was an amazing guide! She was very informative and was able to communicate effectively with the different groups on the trip (German, English, Norwegian). The ship captain and team were also very knowledgeable. They had scouted the fjord in the morning before the trip, so they were able to find whales quite quickly. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side, so while we saw humpback whales fleetingly, we had to head back to land due to the storm. No regrets! Thank you Valerie!
