5.00We had an excellent experience with our tour guide, Odil. He was highly knowledgeable and informative, providing fascinating insights throughout the tour. He was also very kind, humble, and always willing to address all of our questions with patience and professionalism. The tour arranged by Mirzo was equally outstanding. Everything was well organized, smooth, and easy-going, making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would highly recommend both Odil and Mirzo to anyone looking for a memorable tour experience.

5.00Great day trip to get out of the city. I didn't know that there where's second stop and chairlift, which is actually optional, you have to choose between the activities (chairlift/ horse riding / quad bike), and I wanted to do two activities, thank you to our guide Bek who gave extra time that I can do them. I recommend this tour. :))
How wonderful experience with mountain views and lake. Mr Odil our tour guide explained everything so well.

3.00Transport wise the Team went very satisfactory on this part. Well coordinated and on-time. However, the tourists destinations did not meet the expectations as to what is being advertised although this is not in the control of the tour team. If I could rate separately the tour team and the destinations, the scores would be different. Generally, the tour team is good. The tour guide, Mr Okbey was very attentive and helpful to the queries. And Mr Mirzo, the logistics, knows their product well. Thank you so much!

5.00Asilbek is a great tour guide. He is punctual and helpful along the journey. We had a great time going to Amirsoy-Chimgan-Charvak Lake. We also had a stop where we can have samsa, buy cherries/strawberries & ensure we had our fill after all the activities.

4.00Our guide Asilbek got us from our hotel, was nice and brought us directly to the places as well as helping to buy tickets for everything. He always asked us what we want as well and said we could stay longer or shorter as wanted. I wanted to walk a bit, and especially at the first spot that was possible after buying a ticket for the cable car. The locations were nice.
