From the point of deciding to use Flagship to the point of disembarking, the experience has been excellent. First, I needed to ask some questions about routes/pick ups etc so that it would fit with our day plan. The team could not have been more helpful - prompt, accurate and friendly. Then I made an error with my booking - my fault - but they fixed it for me with no trouble at all and with no nasty 'change fees'. They also made sure I knew how to get my large party booked onto the boat through their system. So far, great experience and service. The cruise itself was as you would expect - a tour of the canals, key points of interest etc, but what made it for us was Milan, who was the host for the cruise. 20year old economics student, who basically treated us like we were in his home. He made us feel welcome, he was witty and pithy, nothing was too much trouble and we had an absolute blast as a result. Brilliant hosting, great tour and superb value for money all round. Highly recommended, well done Flagship - we would definitely book with you again!
