The private dinner cruise is the perfect experience for those who would like to enjoy a unique dining experience in an intimate setting. Enjoy a 2 hours private canal cruise including a 2-course meal while floating through the Amsterdam canals. All drinks are included (except Champagne is available for an extra charge).
For this experience you will be able to choose from a couple of local and popular Amsterdam canal restaurants before the event:
The restaurant has extended options for fish, meat, vegetarian and vegan options.
Once you are onboard of our saloon boat, we will hand you out the a la carte menu. You order with the captain which will pick up the food from our local restaurant during the canal cruise. Sit back and relax while sailing through the historic city center!

5.00There were three of us in Amsterdam for the first time and our nice captain, Joost, steered ubs very nicely through the canal. He was our DJ and the best waiter in the world!

5.00We had an absolutely amazing night! The boat was beautiful, offering the perfect setting for a romantic evening. Mark, our skipper, was incredible – so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely great to chat with. He really made the experience feel personal and relaxed. Seeing Amsterdam from the water was mesmerizing. The views were stunning, and it gave us a whole new appreciation for the city’s charm and beauty. This was hands down the best romantic date experience we’ve had in Amsterdam – intimate, unique, and truly memorable. We can’t recommend it enough! To top it all off, the food from the restaurant was outstanding – cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious.

5.00Quick and easy contact via Whatsapp. Boat was great, nice captain who knew a lot of nice things about the city and the artworks in the Amsterdam Light Festival. I was with my girlfriend and they had made sure the setting on the boat was super romantic, with nice soft background music and candlelight. Definitely recommended!

5.00The trip was amazing, what a great, intimate way to see the city!!! The boat (Ritz) is a beautiful old classic that is in pristine condition. Our guide Jost was very informative and friendly. I will definitely be coming back and would definitely recommend adding it to your list of things to do in Amsterdam.

5.00From the first contact to Robertino by eMail it felt like the right decision to book this private tour on the Szar. The response time to email by the Boatboys is fabulous and makes you feel like an appreciated and valued customer. My girlfriends were absolutely taken by the historic boat Szar, food and canal panorama. Like in the movies. All in all an experience that you will never forget. Great as a finishing polish to an Amsterdam city trip. We were accompanied by captain Scott who could have been chosen specifically for our group of four. He was easy to talk to, always hit the right sense of humour and made us feel utterly comfortable, he just blended in. His knowledge of the city is great and he managed the tour including food pickup and bathroom stop professionally.

5.00The dinner cruise was the highlight of our trip to Amsterdam. The food was excellent and our captain was amazing - very knowledgeable on Amsterdam history, great sense of humor, made you feel comfortable and never felt rushed. It was great to have the private boat experience instead of the large packed tourist vessels.

5.00Great experience on this very nice and sleek wood boat (with electric propulsion). Super good guide, a wealth of knowledge (and history graduate) and very nice with us. Dinner (ordered at vanderkaarte) above our (low) expectations : this was good actually. Just the wine served on board was quite average. Overall a great experience that will remain in our memory. Thanks !!

5.00This was such a lovely birthday gift for my partner. It’s a beautiful boat. The tour guides were accommodating, fun, and great story tellers. They’re vegan friendly and the vegan cake they got us from a local bakery was absolutely amazing. We took the 10pm night tour and it was so nice to have the canals all to ourselves. I’d go again and I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet, romantic evening.
