5.00This tour was great. Donna was very knowledgeable about all things Alaska. She took us to so many things. We really enjoyed the sea plane airport. You could tell she loves her job. Excellent tour. We would do it again and again. Thank you Donna.

2.00Very disappointed. As my husband and I approached the van, Donna ordered me to get in the front seat. I said, No.. my husband will. She said , No..I want you to.. without any choice..seperating me from my husband. It became clear her reasoning as she admits to having 14 people on the tour vs the usual 12. That’s should not have been my problem or a reason to imposition me. I am not a small stature but I am not morbidly obese.. there were several others on the tour larger than myself. I have anxiety riding in the front.. complete very high anxiety when you have an 80 year old woman driving in rain! It’s time for Donna to step away from driving a van that you can tell she is very uncomfortable with.. including lane changes.. crossing in front of traffic to a parking area with cars coming( she said,” those people behind me would have been mad if they would have had to wait”) tires rubbing the concrete curbs.. just to name a few... BUT the most scariest was when we were going 20mph and an 18 wheeler passed us on the left on a 2 lane road.. she jerked the wheel and said, “I never saw him”. I was put in a position that caused unnecessary stress and anxiety for NO REASON. My husband ended up setting next to a very large man.. which made him uncomfortable, too. The tour itself was only ok… visits to places to purchase their items. I I use Viator a lot but I have already canceled a future tour and plan to be very selective.
