We had to miss this due to a scheduling conflict but they refunded our cost. We really appreciate this, since these things sometimes happen. We have done a ton of tours through Viator so we appreciate some consideration when needed..

Prince was a great Trolley host! We loved hearing about local Anchorage history, getting out and taking pictures of the views, and looking for moose!

It is a great way to see and hear about Anchorage sights without a car. Prince was a great guide- warm and engaging.

We booked the Trolley tour in Anchorage. We were very impressed! The trolley arrived on time. The driver, Prince, was very friendly and got everyone checked in quickly. The trolley was clean and comfortable. Prince greeted all the participants and welcomed us to Alaska. He provided us with information regarding our tour and mentioned some of the sites we would see. We first toured a Ulu store and factory, which was very interesting. Then we drove past many sites in Anchorage while Prince shared highlights and historical information. Earthquake park was especially interesting! We were lucky to see Beluga whales and even a Moose during our tour! We requested a bear, but Prince failed to provide... haha! The tour was fun and I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Anchorage. Prince is a real treat to spend the afternoon with. He did a great job!!!

The driver was GREAT! He had a lot of local knowledge, history and joking during the whole trip. The jokes where tailored to the people on the tour.

Guide was fine but we saw more on a municipal bus later on. Good to hear some local history but certainly not one of our better tours and we have been on hundreds in our long experience. First stop was a souvenir shop with a cooking knife display which cost a fortune. (No doubt a little backhander for the guide for any sales). Usual spiel. Second stop an old railway wagon, then the top of a house buried in the ground, and a park where there is a crack from the 1960s earthquake (there is actually nothing to see), then a mural on the side of a school, a drive through the seaplane airport to see a plane taking off woo hoo and lastly a parking lot with a view of the bay and industrial harbour. Very disappointed.

Had no idea what to expect. I saw I had a $10 coupon for the tour so I grabbed it. Was in town for a cruise as was the rest of the full bus! Very scenic and informative. I got what I wanted to out of the trip. The fantastic weather didn’t hurt. Highly recommended

I really like the commentary… The driver is very personable as well. He knows an awful lot about the history of Anchorage. I didn’t see a lot of things to take photos of. It was a good experience for my sister and I.
