Bagamoyo, is a coastal town founded at the end of the 18th century, though it is an extension of a much older (8th century) Swahili settlement, Kaole. It was chosen as the capital of German East Africa by the German colonial administration and it became one of the most important trading ports for the Germans along the East African coast along the west of the Indian Ocean in the late 19th and early 20th century

5.00Wondering where and what we would do in dar es salaam, we went online and found this amazing team and they gave us an experience never to be forgotten as we learnt alot about the pre colonial Tanzania and the whole experience gave us alot of sense about how Africa was and we greatly enyoyed the food, our guide Me cathbert was great

5.00I went for the bagamoyo cultural tour and i mst aay it was learning of theafrican culture and way of life and the ancient history of the famed early coastal city, the driver understood the history and ways of life of the pre colonial time and post colonial time. The sea food was incredible
