This was such a cool experience! In a day and age where life moves so quickly and is so chaotic, this was totally calming and peaceful. The use of textiles and light was very creative, mesmerizing, and beautiful. I loved the idea that breathing with these art pieces in that room was connected to so many other pieces in private collections around the world. The last room was my favorite, and we got to lie down and just breathe. I almost fell asleep! Bonus points that you had to take your shoes off. They provided lockers for you to put your coats, bags, and shoes away. We didn't realize the exhibit closed at 5pm on Sunday, and we arrived with just 30 minutes to spare. The staff were so kind and patient and didn't rush us at all. Maybe it was because we were there at the end of the day, but there weren't many people, so it was nice to enjoy the atmosphere without the crowds. The exhibit was a bit hard to find. On Google Maps, it looked like it was on the street, but it was actually near the exit of the train station. It was right before the escalators to go up to the street. We were in Stockholm for a few days, so we chose museums and exhibits to visit to avoid the cold and rain. This was the perfect choice!
