We offer half day Indonesian cooking classes. MONDAY TO Sunday Classes consist of a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 12 people.
Cooking Class Schedule :
Daily 11:00 or 16:30
Experience the different flavor of “Indonesian cuisine” and learn about the local products.
From spicy local “Lombok food” with hot chilies and herbs to the sweetness of Javanese food made with fresh coconut milk, palm sugar and peanuts. Discover the unique flavors and fruity sourness of lime, lemongrass and tamarind.

5.00⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Balinese Cooking Experience! We had a fantastic time at the Angerer Putih cooking class. From start to finish, the experience was well organized, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. The instructors were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained each step clearly, making it easy for everyone to participate regardless of cooking experience. We learned how to prepare several traditional dishes using fresh local ingredients and gained a deeper understanding of Balinese cuisine and culture. The hands-on approach made the class both educational and fun, and the recipes were delicious and easy to follow. The atmosphere was relaxed and authentic, and it was wonderful to share the experience with other participants. Being able to enjoy the meal we prepared together at the end was the perfect finish. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome and part of the family. The garden tour was beautiful and informative, allowing us to see fresh herbs, spices, fruits, and vegetables used in traditional Indonesian cooking. The cooking class was fun, hands-on, and very well organized. We learned how to prepare several authentic Indonesian dishes using fresh ingredients from the garden. 5.00This place is amazing. The owner and staff there are super friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food we cooked there was delicious and amazing, giving me a home vibe! The most important thing is this place is super clean and chilly. We stayed one night with them in their home stay as well, you will be living a gorgeous garden, highly recommended!

5.00What a particularly friendly people. Things are going very well. Very helpful with tips on what to do in the area. The cooking course is so special with the vegetables used comes from our own cultivation. The owner Chris tells all about it because he is the man who controls everything. If you are in the area it is highly recommended.

5.00It exceeded expectations. From the moment I was picked up. The staff were wonderful, and the experience was a very high quality. Christos wandered us through the most prolific vegetable garden, he’s a wealth of information. And most of what we cooked had been grown there, all recipes made from scratch. From different parts of Indonesia, full of flavours and colour, we left with full bellies, and a whole booklet of recipes so our cooking journey would continue. Christos, Dewi and their team, thanks heaps! I’ll be back. Highly recommended.

We used fresh ingredients from the garden and learned to prepare authentic Lombok dishes in the traditional way. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was perfectly organized and the atmosphere felt very personal and warm. It was much more than just a cooking class — it was a real cultural experience. Definitely recommended for anyone who loves good food and local traditions!

5.00I had a great time at Anggrek Putih Lombok Cooking Class! From the warm welcome to the delicious traditional dishes, everything was perfect. The cooking class was fun, authentic and very well organized. I loved learning how to prepare local Lombok dishes with fresh ingredients straight from the garden. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient and passionate about sharing their culture. The whole experience felt more like cooking with family than joining a tour. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lombok who wants to experience the real local culture and fantastic food. Definitely one of the best memories of my trip!
