  Excellent Boat trip! totally recommend it. we went down the Menai Straights and stopped at various points where the skipper gave us the history of the houses along the estuary. Reached Top Speeds and performed some fantastic Doughnut Moves! Great Value for money!..

  Wow - what a fabulous trip this was - there was only 6 of us on the trip and we were lucky to get a double trip - one around Puffin Island and then on to view the two Menai bridges. Our skipper for the trip was Harry who was great fun and very informative as well as a very skilled helmsman making his boat dance across the water at high speed. Our very good friends treated us to this trip while we were on holiday with them from New Zealand and it was the main highlight of our trip, we can certainty recommend this to anyone visiting Beaumaris or anywhere close by.

  We booked a rib ride to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences we could have wished for. Our group was quite a mix- 15 people ranging in age from 5 right up to 86- and one member of our party had previously undergone heart surgery, so I wasn’t sure how it would all work. From my very first conversation with Bedwyr, I felt completely at ease. He took the time to listen to our needs, reassured me, and helped put together the perfect plan so that nobody felt left out. On the day, we had two ribs: one for those who were eager for speed and adventure, and another that had been thoughtfully adapted to provide a gentler, more relaxed boat trip. This meant every single one of us, no matter our age or circumstances, was able to join in and enjoy the celebration together. That in itself made it incredibly special. A particularly touching moment came when one of the children felt a little scared at the start of the trip. Duncan, the skipper, couldn’t have been kinder- he stopped the rib and invited him to take the wheel. Getting to steer the boat completely put him at ease and turned his nerves into excitement. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the experience unforgettable for him. The customer service from start to finish was outstanding. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring- it never felt like just a booking, but more like they wanted to make sure our family had the best day possible. The ride itself was amazing: thrilling for the adventurers, relaxing and scenic for those who preferred to take things a little slower. The smiles and laughter on everyone’s faces said it all. I honestly can’t recommend this company highly enough. They turned what could have been a complicated celebration into something seamless, thoughtful, and unforgettable. We’ll be talking about this day for years to come, and I’m so grateful to Bedwyr, Duncan, Harry and the whole team for making it happen. Diolch! 💙

  Fantastic and exhilarating experience with Harry giving very detailed information about the sites we saw. All staff very friendly from the beginning of booking to the end of the trip including the young man in the kiosk. Detailed safety instructions given. Well worth the money. Will book again soon.

  Brilliant trip celebration trip around the Menai straights, great knowledgeable captains in Ben and Jason . We all felt safe but loved the speed and Donuts !! Appreciate Beds working with me to make this special trip happen during a very challenging weather weekend

  Great trip, really interesting & informative. unfortunately the "Admin staff" made a mess of our booking which impacted on the rest of our day, however it was sorted out by Jason (the boat skipper) and the kiosk staff. Overall an exciting trip full of fun n adrenalin.
