Sites are amazing ruined only by a reckless driver doing 130 kms, converting our van to a cement mixer on the narrow twisting, narrow roads. Our guide was unprofessional, boring and to insult to injury couldn't hide her contempt towards Islam and Muslims in the umayid fortress in anjar. From then on I closed my ears to the guide's " information ". Food was scrumptious. Will certainly need to revisit baalback and anjar again under better circumstances.

It was a nice tour with great guide. Good lunch with a lot of meat. Good wine at Ksara Chateau and prices in their store are reasonable. Baalbek is magnificent.

This is extremely unprofessional services. We asked for options and were told there is a hotel pickup. We were not given any contact or number, but were told this is enough. We drove to pick up point and waited 20 min on the street. No show and no calls. I looked up a number on the internet and called, the emergency number was off. The second number said to at because they are doing us a favor. They asked me to wait. When we finally left. We got a call, NOT TO APOLOGIZE FOR DELAY, but to say, well, they have to pick other people. The proper expression is ADD G INSULT TO JNJURY. This is BAD SEVICE. if I have ever seen any. I guess this is the third world. and NAKHAL is a third world company. Do not book, and if you are stuck with them, Do not expect much

Several historical and cultural places in one trip (castles, ancient ruins, places of worship, vineyard and vine tasting, local lunch, etc). Great views. Easy transfers between them. No problems.

Our guide, Natacha, was just great. She explained everything very well and she's a very easy-going woman. I loved Baalbek and Anjar as well.
