5.00Such an amazing tour and definitely worth it if you have the time. Took my friend who isn't that interested in history and she loved every minute of it- started asking questions and genuinely enjoyed the entire tour and would do it again. However, I think that it would've been a very different experience had we not had Giovanni. His enthusiasm, and passion combined with his knowledge of the area was honestly second to none. At one point me and my friend asked a very stupid question and not only did he answer it, he took a detour and showed us exactly what he meant as it was close by. He genuinely is a credit to himself and deserves the world - if you are in Amsterdam I definitely reccomend Giovanni as he made the tour way more enjoyable. If you're in the area would definitely give it a go, even if it's not something you are particularly interested in it really is an informative tour and will give you knowledge you can bring up in any pub quiz
