What To Expect

If there was option for 0 stars I'd choose it. Worst ever experience. Rip off. 1 hour tour. Guy got mad at my brother. My bro asked for jeep safari. And the guide claimed the safari was the car ride on the way to the rafting. Absolutely horrible experience don't book. Also the quad bikes we werent allowed to go fast at all. We had to wait for everyone behind us every 5 seconds. We were going 10mph max. They could have just got 2 tour guides one for slower people and one for fast. It was very horrible. On the website it says they give you equipment but when we went there they asked for money for everything. Even drinks with our lunch. I msged the tour guide 10 times saying what things do we need help said nothing. Only to ask for us for 50 euros for a simple water proof coat

We had such a great experience, the pick up from the hotel was an added bonus. You will get muddy, so dress appropriately. We all wanted the ziplining to be longer but for the rafting, the second break wasn't needed. All in all a great package.

I had ordered a package with 3 experience. But I was scammed for the ATV trip even though I made the attention to which package I had purchased by on arrival.At the second stop on the rafting trip I made the attention to this,figured to know that it was where the trip ended and they probably had to make it when we were there. Think they made a mistake that I should have run atv at the first stop. So I'm disappointed that they didn't have any control over it and that they didn't just tell the truth instead of lying

The rafting instructor was manhandling my autistic relative causing her to have a big fright. He grabbed her by her lifejacket and shoved her towards the waters threatening that he would push her off the boat. He was equally physical with the others (including the kids) pushing them over or grabbing them and was very lecherous with the women. We would tell him to stop, but he would keep going. Timings suggested that the day would start at 7am. We woke up early to check if the coach had arrived and received a message that it would only come at 9am. It didn't come till 9:30am. The TripAdvisor contact told us that there would not be shoes to hire. I then spent £26 on some imitation shoes to use, which got ruined by the water. It turned out that there shoes for hire at the rafting, but obviously I couldn't get a refund on those shoes I never would use because of being misinformed. The driver said he would take a 10-minute break to get back to the hotel, which ended up being 35 minutes. He positioned this as a toilet break but in truth he used the time to smoke a cigarette and make a phone call. Not a single person on the minivan wanted to use it, but we were left there for a while and making it an even longer day.

It was great! From start to finish , everything was super well supervised , everyone is very careful guides are great they do their work with passion! Special mention to Haiba, our guide who was great , very funny and welcoming thank you for everything!

Pickup organised well, near to our hotel. Pickup time advertised as 7:00am but was actually 8:30 which was much better. Long drive to canyon but time passed quickly and once out of town views lovely. A bit more info while on minibus would've been good in terms of itinerary. Also info beforehand on what clothes / shoes to bring / wear. Activities themselves were very good. Lunch was good too, especially for how much we paid.

Absolutely fantastic! A full day out of activities and a lunch and pick up and drop. Food was superb!!! We had such a good time and our guides for each activity were so good spoke English and assisted us. I would defo do this again if I return.

Nice day trip and the people organising were very nice, but it was quite chaotic and for me it didn't quite deliver on the promised adrenaline rush. Quad biking around a local track following in a group, good experience for a first time but not that exciting. The zip line was nice but really just a little bonus. The river in September was pretty calm so nice to be out there and the water was really refreshing but for me the rafting was more relaxing than exciting. I definitely don't regret doing it, it was good fun. But do it to just have a nice day out, not for the adrenaline or excitement.
