The domestication of corn was done 8,000 years ago, it changed our history and then became part of our gastronomy basis, we definitely have to savor products made with the most relevant ingredient of all in Mayan culture, we could taste between: Tamalitos, Chuchitos, Dobladas, Pupusas, Tamales, Tortillas or Tostadas. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Delight yourself with the exotic fruits of Guatemala, grown in the country’s fertile volcanic soil and ideal climate. When trying seasonal fruits we may include 2 or 3 out of a variaty like: Rambután, Chico, Anona, Paterna, Pitaya, Zapote, Aguacate or Local Banana.
