This is a real hiking challenge on a very steep hill located in Anton Valley two and a half hour drive from Panamá city, with and exuberant rain forest and waterfalls on the way up, it ussually takes 1 hour the climb or a bit more if you go and get wet under the waterfalls or just taking brakes to revover your breath and then carry on, this hike is not a contes is to enjoy the climb at your pace and have fun, at the end when whe get to the top and you see the amazing views is really worthed, we hang out for pictures 30 minutes and then come down, again, no rush this is not a championship just enjoy the life.
