A great experience, the exceptional guide, very friendly and willing to answer all questions. Knowing the form of oil extraction helps to assess the quality of what we consume.

What a special experience this olive tour 🌿✨ We were received super warmly and immediately the atmosphere stood out: friendly, open and really proud of what they do here. Our guide, Tamara, brought everything to life — with humor, enthusiasm and, above all, a lot of knowledge. You notice that she does this with passion 🙌 During the tour we got a look behind the scenes and saw how the machines work. From olive to oil... and suddenly you realize how much work lies behind this “liquid gold” 🫒💛 The tasting was truly unique: no bread, but pure olive oil in small glasses. That way you can really taste the differences — from soft and fruity to intense and spicy. Special how pure flavors then emerge 🥃✨ What makes it extra special: some olive trees here are up to 1200 years old 🌳 — you just feel that. Pure history. The building itself is also an eye-catcher: modern design, created by a local artist, but with deep roots in the tradition. That combination is absolutely right 🎨 And perhaps best of all: they work with a foundation that supports the local farmers and community. So your visit really contributes to the people here 🤍 Afterwards, of course, I took a bottle of fresh olive oil — straight from their own harvest. How purer do you want it? Highly recommended if you are in the region 🙏✨

Spectacular visit, mandatory stop if you go to Baeza. Fran explained everything with a lot of passion and knowledge. We really enjoyed the tasting and some sweets and other products they have in the store. We take, of course, oil and sweets. We would repeat a thousand times and highly recommend this visit. Thanks to Fran and the team for their professionalism and making us feel at home.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience. Fran (Francisco) stole our guide and in a period of 1 hour 30 minutes (or a little longer) explained the process of collecting and converting the olive into oil. The tour is very well organized, there are several videos, a tour of the plant from the arrival and weighing of the trucks to the oil container and finally a tasting of three varieties of oil. Fran showed great knowledge and enthusiasm. Later we went to the store where you can buy a wide variety of products and gift items. They also have an online site where you can buy oil and ship to more than 100 countries. The staff at the store were super friendly. The mill is the most technologically advanced in Spain. I recommend this tour; you will not be disappointed.
