Here you will learn about the prestigious history of Appleton Estate, one of the oldest distilleries in Jamaica, and hear about its fermentation process, during which sugar cane molasses and a special yeast culture combine with water that has been filtered naturally by limestone to create Appleton’s much-loved flavour.

5.00This was a beautiful tour and we were driven from Bahia Lux in Runaway Bay all the way for this tour. Our guide was such a safe driver and the tour and tasting on the Appleton Estate was sleek and very well organised. Strongly recommend this tour.
