We had a wonderful time all around in a colorful but immediately harmonious round. The location captivated by its charm and was located in a historic part of Polignano, which gave it an authentic atmosphere. Daniele, a friendly, trained cook with a lot of wit and heart, immediately made us feel welcome. You could feel his great passion and deep expertise for Puglia cuisine right away. It was impressive that he could even explain the scientific background of the culinary processes to us! We learned to make different types of pasta by hand, with each step explained to us in detail and with a lot of patience. There was plenty of wine, typical of the region. The resulting dish was ingenious in its simplicity – one of the best pasta creations we have ever eaten. In addition, we received many valuable tips and tricks for cooking pasta, sauces and other Italian delicacies. At home, we have already applied what we have learned and tried to recook the pasta – with complete success! We can only highly recommend this course. It was a highlight of our trip.
