Excellent experience. We learnt more than just how to make orecchiette but how to complete an entire meal in a proper way, from the pasta > sauce > components of the dish itself. Daniele was an exceptional teacher and made for a very relaxing and fun few hours. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved this pasta-making class! The experience was fun, hands-on, and so rewarding. The instructor Annamaria was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also warm, patient, and encouraging. She broke down each step of the process in a way that was easy to follow, making even the most intricate techniques feel approachable. I appreciated the little tips and tricks she shared—things you’d never find in a recipe book! By the end, I felt confident rolling, shaping, and cooking my own pasta from scratch. The atmosphere was welcoming, and her passion for cooking was contagious. I left not only trying the delicious pasta we made, but also with the inspiration and skills to make it again at home.
