It is your responsibility to make your way to the bus stop from your accommodation.
We recommend that you plan your trip so that you arrive at the airport at least 1.5 hours before flight departure if you are travelling abroad and 1 hour before departure if you are travelling within the country.
Since luggage space inside the coach is very limited, only one (1) small piece of hand luggage per traveler is allowed to be carried on the bus. The maximum measurement for luggage allowed inside the coach is 40x30x20 cm (this only applies to coaches with luggage space below). Larger suitcases and bulky items such as surfboards, ski equipment and alike are permitted in the lower luggage compartment as long as space is available. Bicycles are allowed on board at no charge when space permits. The bicycle must be packed in protective wrapping.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
Travel from Arlanda International Airport to any one of 7 bus terminals in Stockholm City. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The bus will stop at the following bus stops: • Jarva Krog • Frosunda • Haga Norra • Haga Forum • Norra stationsgatan • St Eriksplan • Stockholm City (Cityterminalen)

5.00The bus stop is quite far from the terminal I arrrived but the walk is interesting thru other terminals and saw many restaurants inside. Once arrived in the bus stop, it is very easy to find. The bus came earlier and we left on time. The driver is also friendly and speaks English, ofcourse. I took this bus because ftom what I have learnt it stops only 100 m from my hotel ( Elite Palace ). Super convenient. The driver was friendly and drove carefully. The bus itself is huge with rack for luggage above also ample space below. And last but not least, it is very affordable. For 2 people return I paid only about 38 €! Loved my ride!

2.00We had to sit and wait in the bus for 45 minutes (some 2 hours) because there is an agreement apparently that all passengers from Ryanair who landed at Västerås airport should have the opportunity to travel with to Stockholm (which they think they came to because the airport is called Stockholm Västerås airport). Everyone was super annoyed because the bus had already been standing for 25 minutes from plans being emptied and everyone was out of passport control. International customers were refused refunds by the driver. Maybe Västerås Airport should put up signs: Detta buss är inte gå en tidtabell?
Bus new, clean and on time. Friendly driver. Highly recommend!

1.00THIS WAS THE WORST TRIP HOME EVER. PAY 1000 for BUS TICKETS First. SECONDLY, IT TOOK 1 HOUR BEFORE EVEN THE BUS DRIVER DROVE, THIRDLY SO CRASH ANOTHER BUS ON THE WAY SO NOW WE ARE NOT EVEN ON THE WAY TO STOCKHOLM CITY ANYMORE NOW WE ARE ON THE WAY TO ARLANDA WHICH TAKES 1 HOUR FROM HERE AND THEN AFTER THEY ARE RELEASED THEN THE DRIVER WILL PRIORITIZE US AND GO TO STOCKHOLM CITY. AND NOT ONLY WAS THE FLIGHT 1 HOUR DELAYED. Worst trip home I've ever been on. We landed at 9.30pm and will be home around 2am. WHEN IT REALLY SHOULD TAKE 40 MINUTES. I DEMAND A REFUND AND COMPENSATION FOR THIS!

2.00They can often not give a receipt and the staff are totally indifferent and do nothing. Or correct they say that they well know that the machine has run dry, but do nothing about it.
